This was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant!
Room we stayed in was very big with a cute little balcony but bed was very small.
I think this website lists that there is no lift but there is one which was a nice surprise. There is a spa/jacuzzi but you can only use it between 17.00-22.00 and you have to pay to use it outside of that! It’s not really close to town but there are a couple of restaurants within a very short walk and a bus stop too!

A very nice and clean hotel close to city centre. Very friendly and willing to help staff. Great sauna you can book for yourself only. Just a pity there is no pool to swim. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner to choose from and all very fresh!

A great hotel to stay at, all the staff especially the receptionist were super kind and helpful.

I’d give 5, but there was essentially no water pressure. They need to get that issue resolved.

Great hotel to stay. Also good location for hiking. Dinners were great. Cozy rooms and great wellness. We really enjoyed the stay.

Very good hotel to stay here in Zakopane and visit the Mount Tatra area. Very cozy room, nice service by gently and polite people, very good breakfast. Inside parking available. Even the inside restaurant is very good just in case you wanna dine here. The hotel is not close to the city center but is well connected by bus to eventually go everywhere. Enjoy your stay !

Amazing hotel on the edge of Zakopane with clean and neat rooms, pricy but nice dinner restaurant and cozy spa area (doesn’t have a gym)
