A very good stay! Hotel very well located, well equipped rooms, restaurant with varied options.

My name is Cai. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism that ALL hotel staff of Hotel Mercure Bydgoszcz Sepia was able to provide to me and my colleagues. The service was top tier, and the level of care and genuine friendly interaction was world class. It was possibly the best experience that I have had in Poland. The hotel staff was great!. From booking a time for the sauna, to room service, all my needs were met in a timely manner . I thank them all!

I would like to highlight the staff member Miss Maja for her authenticity, care, respect, service and professionalism that she showed. I was most impressed with her due to her level of hard work and resiliency, especially during times of busy hours. Miss Maja also makes the best Mojito cocktail that I have ever had. And she thinks Nutella bread sandwich for breakfast is the best, like me. Thank you Miss Maja! I hope all is well with you, and the rest of the staff.

This experience will most likely lead to my return to Bydgoszcz, and in this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice hotel, in a good location. Good selection at breakfast and the staff are nice and friendly. Room was nice, comfortable bed, decent shower (pressure/temperature), however, during the night the room just seemed to get very hot (after night 1 we turned the radiator in the bedroom and bathroom off, and the fan/ac unit was also off but still the room seemed to get very hot in the middle of the night) - this meant we didn't sleep brilliantly even though everything else was perfect. It was too cold to open a window with strong winter winds.

I stayed at this hotel for biz trip and had two rooms. The hotel is 20 minutes from BGZ Airport and has a good location in the middle of the old town.
The staff were friendly and the service was good. In particular, check-out was quick and convenient.

The advantage is the location, and the breakfast was okay. I especially recommend using the sauna at least once. The Christmas market was open, so there was a lot to see and it was convenient to use nearby restaurants.

The disappointing thing is that there is a lot of noise due to the tram on the side of the road, and the room is generally cold. There was also a room that was very noisy as there was some local event happening during my stay. Parking is expensive at 65 PLN and access is a bit difficult due to construction of entrance/exit gates. It was inconvenient because there was no immediate response to noise issues or room changes.

The location is perfect for the city and is very close to the main square and some great restaurants. Christmas is coming and atmosphere is really nice. The hotel has a bit strange parking lot at back side of hotel. The rooms are relatively new, very clean and spacious. The beds are a little bit short for Western measurement. The staff was also welcoming and helpful, but some newcomers have difficulties with systems and English language. Very reasonably priced for a good quality hotel. I am recommending a stay

The best hotel in Bydgoszcz and one of the best in the country. Still feels brand new (although it's not) and everything about it is super neat, modern and clean. Great attention to detail, their staff is super professional and friendly and the location is simply perfect! Plus we got Christmas greetings and a box of Merci as a welcome gift, simply amazing 👍👍👍

Very nice receptionists, got a nice and warm Welcome.
Rooms clean and new.
Breakfast was really good - one star deduction due to the fact that one coffee machine is much too slow for the amount of guests in the morning.
Also the Location is perfect to discover Bydgoszcz.

All in all: Hotel is highly recommendable!

I'm absolutely impressed with the customer service! I've made numerous changes to my bookings before the stay, and every time I've got a quick response, everything was sorted no questions asked. Definitely reccomend the hotel. Many thanks to Jakub for his patience :)

I recently spent two very pleasant weeks at the Mercure Sepia. All staff members are very professional, prompt and kind. Clear room, rapid and efficient services, excellent restaurant and room service. Definitely recommended.
