This hotel is in a great location. Attached to a shopping centre and close to the old town . Rooms had more storage than it first appeared. There was no fridge but there was a kettle. The shower was walk in which was good but the water went over the floor . Breakfast wasn’t to my taste but there was quite a lot to choose from . Lots of cold cuts and cake.

My stay was amazing . Your staff was superb especially Dominika I Oskar . They couldn’t do more than enough for me ! So pleasant , helpful , caring ,polite, professional . In fact everyone I spoke to was great I just didn’t ask for everyone’s names . Older gentlemen with moustache was wonderful.Food was delicious and nicely presented. Room superbly clean and spacious . Great view ! Honestly I be stayed in many hotels but if I ever comeback ( for sure) I don’t want to stay anywhere else !

We stayed in a family suite. The price and location was great, thus the 4 stars. But the room was super hot when we arrived, the AC could only be turned on by the reception staff, and it kept shutting of, making it a very sweaty night.
The food in the room service was pretty good, but the cocktails were just absolutely not worth it.
Had a kid's pay area next to breakfast buffet , making it possible to have a decent breakfast with young kids.

The hotel was easy to find this the parking place is not indicated. I drove at another place, a block beside the hotel. The elevator has a glass window and you can see outside when going up or down. I am afraid of highs so it was uncomfortable. The floor in the room is extremely noisy. I could hear the neighbours walking continuously. Very disturbing. Otherwise it seems ok. Shopping center nearby and nice reception. Maybe if I get used to the place I will appreciate it more.

Modern hotel near oldtown Bialystock. Vary clean. Parking and breakfast cost extra but convenient and very good.
