The hotel is clean and the service is good.

Polite & helpful staff at the reception & in the dining area, excellent choice of good quality food and clean and comfortable room. The only disadvantage was the fact that the hotel is located near a busy road and so the traffic noise can be a bit of an issue at times.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also excellent. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and sauna, which are not part of the hotel, are only recommended to a limited extent. Opening times are only from late afternoon from 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and the whirlpool was out of order. I needed a hotel situated close to the important roads such that I can efficiently travel by car to my intended destinations. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was just right for my needs. The hotel was clean enough for my needs. Staff was friendly and polite. I did not have any particular issues.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There is good transport links. The room was lovely.

Very good location, clean rooms, bed. Good value for the price, breakfast was good and warm, but for my opinion is not worth 11 euro based on Polish prices.

Gotta love this place! Katowice is a very cozy city with lots to do and very close to anything you would want to visit in south Poland. The hotel is well located, very kind and helpful staff and the rooms are great. I haven't left and I already wanna come back

Great Hotel, room are big super clean and bed are so comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights during Christmas time. The market was only five minutes away by walking. Being so close to the city center was so convenient.

Location and service were great. You can basically know half of Katowice's attractions by foot by staying here. At night, though, it can get noisy due to the neighboring bars and night clubs, or inconvenient guests that just don't care. Since this is not a hotel, it's hard to report such incidents. Still, I'd recommend a short stay for tourists getting to know multiple cities in Poland.

Nice hotel, and good located next to highway and 3Stawy. Restaurant with limited offer but well priced and tasty. Hotel a bit oldish but quite fine for a quick stay. Breakfast ok and vibe in foyer nice.

Very good breakfast, clean, friendly staff

Overall great place to stay. Half star taken because bathroom smelled awfuly when we arrived and parking is paid. They have only few spots available for free parking, otherwise you have to pay.
