Really happy with my stay! Clean, quiet, and cozy — just what you need after a long day. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. Having coffee and tea in the room was a small touch, but it made a big difference. Great place to stay in Katowice, with a convenient location. Thanks to the amazing and awesome hotel team!

It was a nice. Hotel workes are nice and cute. Just it was first floor and outside people can see you and your room... It was liitle bit bad. And location please use car or taxi. for walking it is not good idea

It's a good hotel. There is parking available(60plz), gym and good sauna. Rooms are quiet. The windows can be open. Comfortable bad and good shower. Recaption is open all day. There is a restaurant as well.

👍🏼 Good top restaurant and breakfast, location is practical if in Katowice. Rooms are clean and spacious ( would prefer a better and modern lighting) and update bathroom but standard is acceptable. Staff are friendly and responsive.

Good hotel, everything was fine. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was wrong about the location because you have to walk around 25’ to get the city center so it’s the only thing that I didn’t like at all if you think at the temperature in the evening.

Good restaurant and service, location is, well it depends where do you need to be but it isn’t the best. Rooms, ok, quite generic design but comfortable.

Pro: Food was great at restaurant Cons: no hot water, it was even dirty brownish water, they said within 1 hr but that was not the case and they said the same for our other collegues on different times.. also the aircon was not working , 18 degree in the room with cold water was a night mare.. the room had a very narrow desk for working and just on working area placed a huge TV blocking the head space...

We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

For me, it's a gem next to the market square. I paid very reasonable money for a tasty roll with dumplings and broth in the set of the day offer, I was warmed up and well-fed, so I was satisfied. The period atmosphere is quite interesting, and the waiter tries to make sure everything is ok 👍 Thank you 🙂

I rate breakfast at the Katowice hotel as satisfactory with a plus, and dinner and the main dish of the day are very good. The big advantage of this restaurant is the large glass windows through which we can see a beautiful park with lush trees.

Great food according to tradition, so it will be ready on Friday, very tasty creme onion soup with croutons and golden cod. Very good food. Elegant and very clean interior. Nice service at a high level. I recommend ! If anyone criticizes you, it's just poor competition...!

Nice hotel. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were nice, comfy, clean and spacious. The hotel is well located. The bar is very nice with great views but closes too early. Breakfast was also quite good. Worth staying here if visiting Katowice

In the city center, it is very convenient for eating and supermarkets. There is an underground parking lot. The rooftop restaurant has a good view

The hotel is located in a peaceful area. Walking time to Katowice station is 10-15 mins. Only is sauna and gym are in another building next to the hotel. The staff was kind, and wifi worked well.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and the hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

This hotel is really lovely and charming in a great location. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the bathrooms are modern with nice hot water. The hotel overall is clean with excellent staff all around. My only complaint is about the restaurant. The breakfast charge was ~$45 Canadian per day and I did not know this until I received the invoice which was charged in PLN. For coffee, yogurt and fruit...

beautiful, pleasant and clean hotel but unfortunately with below average staff and average breakfasts. for the whole three days the receptionists were very unpleasant, impudent and rude. Thanks to them we could not use the paid parking in the garage, no apology came AND they did not even care. you really do not expect this in such a hotel.

Excellent hotel, centrally located in Katowice. Service was nice. Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Air conditioned gym downstairs was also a plus. The only thing to bear in mind is that in the street-facing rooms you can hear a bit of the city noises (trains passing by, etc.) through the close windows, so if you want a complete quiet ask for a courtyard...

Room was very clean, well equipped, nicely smelling, spacious, with little kitchen corner, beautiful bathrooms (2 bathrooms), coffee machine with everyday fresh coffee capsules delivery. Place for work with wireless charger, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Variety of choices, hot dishes, fresh juices, sweets that were mouth-watering, fresh coffee, different types of milk and lots of polish...

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff is the kindest. Only improvement needed is availability of charging adaptors for foreigners like me. Overall it is still the best hotel. Had a 4am check in and provided with a 1.30pm later check out. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was diverse. Location was central. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were polite, service minded in person and via email correspondence.

I stay here most of the time when I come on business trips. The price is very cheap and the breakfast is not bad. And parking is free. The accessibility to the city is very good, so it is good to stay at an affordable price.

This hotel is very modern and just how I normally like hotels. The room was a bit tight for what I have experienced in Poland. The Staff where super friendly and helpful. but sleeping here was impossible as the room was super hot and suffocating so we had to open the window and with the window open there is no way of sleeping due to the rail way behind the hotel, so all night almost every 30 minutes...

The hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

I have to admit I had no idea there could be hotel rooms that small. For the price and the location it is a perfect place for a night or two. Breakfast is simple but all fresh and stocked through the service time. One cannot forget the cheerful lady helping around during the breakfast, thank you!

The room we were in was small. I am 182, but someone a bit taller, 190 will have a problem with the bed. Location is great and so is the breakfast. The food in the morning was fantastic, literally some of the best "hotel food" ive had, and i travel quite a bit. Anyway, our room was small, perhaps other rooms are bit bigger. Would i stay there again? Of course!

The room was a bit small. But good enough for one person. However this place deserves all the love because of the people working there. They are very nice and great. I was sick and they really helped with some tea and honey. Shout out to Olivia.

The apartment was very nice and in the centre of Katowice. The owner was very kind and he came earlier to open it and let us have our language inside. It was on a central street with plenty choices of food and drink, although there was a little noise in the night. It was 5' max from the central bus and train station. I would totally recommend it for someone who wants to explore the city.

The breakfast is very rich and the hotel is clean and tidy. The front desk staff is very friendly. I stayed at the Silesian Hotel for two days on a business trip and had a very good experience. The name of the hotel is related to a historical area in Poland, with a profound cultural heritage. A large shopping mall can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

Polite & helpful staff at the reception & in the dining area, excellent choice of good quality food and clean and comfortable room. The only disadvantage was the fact that the hotel is located near a busy road and so the traffic noise can be a bit of an issue at times.

Simple hotel, clean, very friendly staff, nice bed, good bathroom, kettle, coffee and tea in the room. Right next to the conference center where I had to be for a congress. Fitness equipment and large, spacious lobby Recommended.

It was hard to find the hotel at first. Staffs are very nice and helpful. But, I discovered there was not "extra" electrical outlet for connecting my charger. So, I have to unplug one of the appliances and plug my charge. Apart from that, overall good.

Very close to a busy road and can be a little bit noisy but other than that , friendly staff convenient location near the a main road into town . For people who don't drive there's a tram stop that brings you into town only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

Great hotel, located next to a sportcomplex, you can use all the facilities for free. Rooms are a bit thight but the beds were great. Only downside being that the staff didn't speak english.

The hotel is for everybody very interesting who loves sports and spa. You have the possibility to use many of the fields (e.g. soccer, tennis or table tennis). The hotel has its own bar, where you can also play bowling. There is also a swimming pool, two whirlpools and two sauna.

Pros: Room was clean and modern. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and plenty. Staff at restaurant was wery kind and helpful. Cons: Receptionist's English was poor. There was no electricity in the room at the morning for a while. Amount of hot water was small in the shower. There were drunk loud people in hotel parking place at midnight.

Do not go there in the heat of summer. AC does not cool the room. It barely blows any air at all. Otherwise - could not ask for anything more. Fits the price and 2 star rating..

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it’s a very well run hotel. Comfortable beds and rooms. The breakfast menu is spectacular. An incredibly wide variety of choices. Something for everyone. The food is very fresh and well presented. Oh, and great coffee too!

The hotel is great. Close to the central area and yet also close to larger transit ways, so moving around is easy. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are reasonably dimensioned and equipped. Bathroom is also decent. The room fridge however is weak and the water and juice I wanted to keep cold were more on the chill than the cold spectrum.
