Great location, delicious breakfast. Rooms full of faults, from broken lights to electrical outlets. Bathroom not clean, especially the shower, and smell of sewage. Think twice before you book this hotel.

Lovely, friendly and warm staff, excellent English. Very affordable - we had a large and spacious room for less than half what we pay in larger cities. Decor is dated but quite clean, lights automatically turn on/off everywhere which made for some dark hallways. Across the street from the train station, easy walk to many historical sites. The hotel is generally OK, which is pretty good for the exhibition city of Kielce. The room was relatively clean, the breakfast was acceptable, no obvious complaints, and it was acceptable for a short business trip.

This is a charming, small hotel in the center of Kielce. We stayed for one night and arrived relatively late. The check-in was uncomplicated and fast. The facility has two restaurants (unfortunately closed at the moment and no breakfasts available), conference rooms and a spa. It is clean and well furnished, so it's 3-star. The walls are not sound-proof and you can hear what your neibours in other rooms are talking about. Bathroom is dark and you have to have owl's eyes to see your face when shaving. Breakfast is good, but no fish and veggies.

Good location of the facility close to the Kielce fair and the ring road. The facility itself is an inn plus 4 buildings with rooms. The rooms themselves are clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom tidy. Breakfast very tasty.

Great place. Hotel at the highest level, clean, fresh, cozy and safe. It is important that smoking is not allowed in the building, so it doesn't smell like an ashtray. And this is a big plus, especially for non-smokers. Rich breakfasts, delicious dinners and excellent winter tea. Very nice and polite service. I recommend. We will definitely stay here again.
