I stayed here for 5 nights and here is my honest feedback:
Make sure you don’t get room 342. The bathroom stinks of a sewage smell. I asked them to look at it as I’m pregnant and was very sensitive to foul smells, but all they could do was pour vinegar baking soda and boiling water which btw, did not get rid of the smell!
Also WiFi was AWFUL. Couldn’t use it on my phone or laptop for work.
I called reception from the room to ask for a bottle of water, a lady with no English brought a room temperature one to my room and couldn’t explain that they don’t have cold water. I had to call reception again to make sure they understood my request and then told me they don’t have cold water.. very odd.
Breakfast is ok and restaurant was actually good when we tried it one night.
Location is not bad and close to a lovely street in Kielce.
The stay at the hotel was not pleasant though and would not recommend.

My Flight is earlier as plan and I want Check ok One day earlier. I say that at Desk two days before.

Please at all: Choose another Hotel. The Service is Like underground.

Lovely, friendly and warm staff, excellent English. Very affordable - we had a large and spacious room for less than half what we pay in larger cities. Decor is dated but quite clean, lights automatically turn on/off everywhere which made for some dark hallways. Across the street from the train station, easy walk to many historical sites. Breakfast was adequate.

Stayed in this hotel for many days. The front desk service was very good, the room was quite big, and the breakfast was very good! Recommended!

Professional service. The room is very well soundproofed and the air conditioning works great. It was possible to have a good rest and switch off.

As for the food and the waiters, it is very nice and pleasant, the staff checks the tables well from time to time and they do their job conscientiously.

I was in the casino here, new guests get a free drink on the first day, and then bonuses... A lot of very slot machines, as well as roulette and blackjack

Grand by name not by nature. located close to the bus and train station, and the high street, The rooms were clean and warm, but the hotel is in desperate need of a make over. When we first arrived it felt like hotel was shut as it was very dimly lite inside. Staff then tried to charge us more than we agreed, luckily we had the booking email to hand to confirm the correct price. Breakfast was nothing special and the coffee machine was rubbish. Tasted more like warm milk than coffee. Sorry to say we won’t stay here again on our next visit to Kielce..
