I stay pretty often in this place which is more or less adequate considering price vs value.
Still place to improve:
- 2 months ago I was trying to park and guy from reception who was at the garage that time did not even inform about alternative possibilities. He simply disappeared, later I knew at the reception from the lady for additional parking places. When person arrives late after long way this is at least none polite.
Water - you offer sustainable way to get water in the corridor. Would be still ok if price was 50% of yours. When you do 600 km and tired like hell - no single bottle in the room, jars are small, you have to run get some. Annoying
Breakfast - I am not asking for fresh squeezed juice but offering half water mixture is disgusting

The staff were kind and welcoming, which made check-in and interactions throughout the stay pleasant. The room was spacious, equipped with effective air conditioning, and well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and restful night’s sleep, which I really appreciated.
However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing and did not meet the standards typically associated with the Hilton brand.
The breakfast was particularly underwhelming, both in taste and quality. After reading similar complaints on Booking.com, I can confirm that the feedback is accurate. It’s surprising and disappointing, especially since I’ve never had such a poor breakfast experience at a hotel in Poland before. This is an area Hilton should urgently address.
Other issues included the very slow lifts, which were frustrating during peak times, and the quality of the in-room toiletries, particularly the body wash, which felt cheap and ineffective. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was too weak to be truly functional, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay

I enjoyed a 3 night stay here after Easter, the hotel is in a good condition and breakfast is the best I've seen in Lublin.

Beautiful hotel, budget friendly and perfect for business trips. I arrived in Lublin via train and public transport is not really favourable to reach the hotel but you can take a taxi (better prices on Bolt). Overall the room was very spacious and clean, breakfast has lots of options (also vegetarian friendly)

After staying this hotel, I can understand What is Hilton hospitality service. 3 start hotel with 5 start hotel service.

A great accommodation. Spacious, clean, bright and well-equipped room (including iron and ironing board). A large and well equipped bathroom.
A rich and diversified breakfast. Fresh and tasty food.

Natalia deserves gold stars for service excellence! We arrived with two small children but the room wasn’t quite ready to meet our needs. she actually ran to and from the elevator to get us the two cribs we needed including a little wash basin for baby And a little step for the bigger one to use the toilet. I’ve been a diamond, Hilton member for more than one occasion over the 20 year span of being a member and have been to Hilton locations all around the world. This is the best service we ever received. not to mention the complementary drinks we got for the inconvenience. Thank you very very much.

I travelled with my parents, little brother, sister and my 2 babies. In my room they had 2 cot beds set up it was so cute! My toddler was going crazy cause he could open the zip of the cot bed, go in and out. It was like a game for him! They also provided me a baby bath so l could bath my youngest which was very thoughtful! I really loved that they thought of the kids and how l would bath them since it was a wet room. Only thing l hated was they never changed the bedding even when it had visible stains! They never replaced the cups or teaspoons so we couldn’t make tea or whatever. On some days they didn’t empty our bins so it was a bit like what did you do here ?. The free breakfast is a great thing but the breakfast it’s self was dang! I only ate porridge and waffles during my whole 5 day stay.

Hampton hotel is the best hotel I got good front desk peoples help me alot when I was drunk they became my best friends I remember only 3 names of them Tobias Mateusz and Magdalena they are best workers, I can't forget them in my lifetime ❤️
