Our stay at the Lublin Mercure Hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing comfortable retreat after our days of exploring.

The hotel is very well located. It is clean and the staff is very nice. However, you can feel that the hotel is old, the bathroom could be renovated as well as the AC. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the omellette station was a fun thing to see.

A nice hotel with good value. The service is very friendly and the rooms are correct with comfortable beds. The restaurant is good with good menu and not so expensive (compared to other hotels). The surroundings are nice, with a good park next door and many restaurants.

Breakfast was great, with good variety and quality. Having a juicer for freshly made fruit juice was a huge plus! The location was very convenient, near a major bus stop and within walking distance to most places worth visiting. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and efficient.

Nice, classic Mercure Hotel from the turn of the century. The elevator took me peacefully to my room on 5th floor with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The staff in the hotel and restaurant was very friendly and I got 15% discount for my dinner on the Eve of St. Nicolas Day. My warm recommendations!

We have reserved an apartment, they offered us standard, small room pretending nothing happened… after we have returned to reception with luggage, stroller, small baby, they told us that our room has been offered to someone else, and that is all they have; no apologies, no money return, no shame… better take hostel in Lublin, than Mercury hotel.

Fair price and decent location. Slowest elevators and coffee machines east of the Vistula. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and tasty. Security camera in the lobby's restroom??? (Just inside above the sinks, but still!)
