There should be a minibar in the room and a safety box othervise everything very good

I am used to having a fridge in my room and milk for tea or coffee. Unfortunately there was neither. That aside the bed was very comfortable and very quiet. I was on our second day able to have breakfast out on the restaurant balcony

Really clean and modern place and super staff.

We booked a room in advance and fully paid for it when we booked. However, when we arrived and we paid the extra 40 PLN for parking the guy at the reception charged us again for the whole room. We complained and got refunded next morning. Awkward. Otherwise all good: room is quiet, clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent.

Arrived early in the morning at 6 am. Check-in was very fast and easy Got to my room. Nice small hotel just minutes away from the old town. The room was very specious, uber clean and had a very comfy bed. Sound proofing was excellent as well as it was so quiet it felt like we were the only people in the hotel. You definitely get value for money. Would highly recommend it.

If you are visiting Lublin the IBB Grand Hotel is a great choice as it has free parking between 6pm - 8am directly outside and is a very easy and nice walk into the old town for an array of dining options. Great choice of hot and cold options at breakfast and a lovely bar area.

Beautiful well kept hotel right in the heart of the city. Rooms are clean and made up regularly. Breakfast is beyond amazing, offering a wide spread of Polish and traditional breakfast items. And, the WiFi is fast. 10/10 will stay again and again ❤️‍🔥

It's much more than a three stars hotel: the position is wonderful, really easy to reach with public transports and near the old town, in a quiet place. This quiet is reached also because it's a new building inside an old one. At the restaurant there is plenty of choice. Top quality at the right price! Recommended

It's called a hotel - it's like someone asked. Friendly staff. Clean room with large bed, table, chairs, etc. Clean bathroom, towels, shampoo. Heat. Elevator. Area for wheelchairs. In the shower would not interfere with liquid soap and a small shelf for shampoo. The staff expects people with disabilities - not every hotel can say.

It was a short but really nice stay!!

The cleanliness is very bad. I stay in this hotel all the time, but recently, the sheets are dirty and I have seen spiders and insects in the room.

This is a nice place. Restaurant closes a little early and property is far from food places, be prepared. Breakfast here was good, a lot of choices and a big area for eating. Overall a good price and tidy room.

We spent a couple of days as a group of 19 people and I can say the staff is super friendly and willing to respond to any of our demands. The location is very secluded but you get the quietness you need. On the top of that you can relax and have massages and the spa is really nice. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel recently to attend my friend's wedding. It was such a lovely venue. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Lovely Hotel. Very clean. There was even a lady scrubbing the stairs carpets whilst we were there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. It's about a mile from the town centre. Very good hotel! The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with everything needed in them. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, with cheese, vegetables, ham, freshly baked bread, sweets, coffee and more. It's quite OK, water pool, air condition, the only access by car is a bit difficult.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Lublin next to the Botanic garden. With car 8 minutes to city center. Rooms are quite big and comfy. There is spa service possible (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi) that can be used in the price of stay. Breakfast is alright for hotel standards and bar is open almost whole day if you want a beer. Accommodation super, quiet. The breakfasts leave a lot to be desired and the service. Mistress stands over the man, takes budne plates, glasses as soon as you stand up, then immediately slides the chairs to the table. My husband and I had the impression that we pospiesza and leads.
