Nice small hotel just minutes away from the old town. The room was very specious, uber clean and had a very comfy bed. Sound proofing was excellent as well as it was so quiet it felt like we were the only people in the hotel. You definitely get value for money. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are large. There is a free parking area opposite the hotel. Overall it's worth recommending.

Fantastic hotel and a great value. The Grand is conveniently located right at the edge of the Old Town (you just walk out your door to the right and are at the start of the best part of Lublin), the rooms are beautiful (big with high ceilings) and super clean, and the included breakfast buffet was yummy. For the price, it was one of our favorite hotels in Europe. We will return here every time we visit...

A very interesting hotel. A bank that Wes converted to a hotel. The room was very specious, clean, but quite hot. The location is great and breakfast was good for those who eat everything. No vegan options.

I stayed here for three nights in early April 2025 and really liked the hotel, especially the rooms. The location is central, only a few minutes walking distance from the old town. The hotel has old-world charme, with an inviting and grand entrance area, spacious, high-ceiling rooms and large bathrooms. The check-in was smooth and the same is true for the check-out. If you are visiting Lublin the IBB Grand Hotel is a great choice as it has free parking between 6pm - 8am directly outside and is a very easy and nice walk into the old town for an array of dining options. Great choice of hot and cold options at breakfast and a lovely bar area.

Everything was great except for the shower. I’m only 5ft4 and I could barely manage to bend down to wash my feet.

It's called a hotel - it's like someone asked. Friendly staff. Clean room with large bed, table, chairs, etc. Clean bathroom, towels, shampoo. Heat. Elevator. Area for wheelchairs. In the shower would not interfere with liquid soap and a small shelf for shampoo. The staff expects people with disabilities - not every hotel can say.

The staff was great and spoke English. Rooms are clean, pleasant to be in and have air conditioning. The hotel is beautiful and has a SPA (pool, steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi etc.). The food is good and the breakfast was amazing. Overall a nice stay.

We spent a couple of days as a group of 19 people and I can say the staff is super friendly and willing to respond to any of our demands. The location is very secluded but you get the quietness you need. On the top of that you can relax and have massages and the spa is really nice. Food is also exxcellent so I can only recommand choosing the Korona Hotel :-)

Hotel OK, had only complications to find correct way

It's quite OK, water pool, air condition, the only access by car is a bit difficult.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Lublin next to the Botanic garden. With car 8 minutes to city center. Rooms are quite big and comfy. There is spa service possible (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi) that can be used in the price of stay. Breakfast is alright for hotel standards and bar is open almost whole day if you want a beer. Parking is free next to the hotel and monitored but unfortunately not closed...

Accommodation super, quiet. The breakfasts leave a lot to be desired and the service. Mistress stands over the man, takes budne plates, glasses as soon as you stand up, then immediately slides the chairs to the table. My husband and I had the impression that we pospiesza and leads.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable. What did not work for me is the lack of the bathroom is basic, shampoo and shower gel. In sink and under the shower, only soap. For this you for Breakfast (modest but very nice) probably misunderstood the duty of cleaning after guests from the table. I love this hotel. They take regulations seriously.

This hotel is fine. Rooms are clean and comfortable, location is fine not so far from the old town. Breakfast was nice but tables weren't cleaned even with three members of staff standing around chatting and doing nothing. Be careful as not every room gives you spa access which was not specified when booking nor explained on arrival but they let us in anyway which saved the situation.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pod Kasztanami. Very nice rooms, well maintained by the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet at the nearby Restaurant Portofino was always delicious. The omelettes and pancakes the cooks prepared were delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel staff was outstanding and made our stay very enjoyable. Arrived early in the morning at 6 am. Check-in was very fast and easy Got to my room. Great location and a super smart, modern hotel. Great, quiet nights sleep in a comfy bed. Varied breakfast. Room had all the mod cons needed and expected. Very efficient check in. Only stayed one night but very happy to recommend for visits to Lublin.

I had transit travel from Latvia to Ukraine and stayed at hotel just one night. No regrets about my choice stay in this place. Stuff was polite, room was clean, pleasant and comfortable, all around silence and peace, breakfast was simply but very tasty. I was only one guest in all hotel that night- I suppose it's a bonus 👍

Good place to put your head down. No-frills type of place and decent location to walk to the center. The Staff could use training to make the experience here much better. Seemed like they could not be bothered. Friendly service and buffet selection was very decent and tasty. Great location, close to the city centre and 24h reception. The downfall was a cleanliness of the bathroom, I had some stains of some sort on the sink. Also it takes ages for the hot water to run. Apart from these, it would be a perfect stay but I'd recommend it.

Smooth stay with great comfort. The breakfast was delicious, a buffet offering good variety of options. The coffee was good as well. The room was not so wide but it was acceptable and squeaky clean. It is on a walking distance from the old city center and 5 min walk to Lublin shopping center.

The hotel was nice up to date in a convenient location the only down side is the air conditioning was not working well and then when we finally got it to the lowest temperature it was still hot in the room. The restaurant was amazing the food was beyond my expectations. The staff was very nice attentive and welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Travelled 2 days non stop and arrived at 9am, asked if I could check in early (usually 2pm) they checked their system and gave me a room. Quick shower then a couple hours sleep. Very friendly staff, nice hotel decor.

Apartment at the center of Lublin. On a wonderful square. The building is very old and historical. Inside rooms there are a lot of antiquark furniture. But we couldn’t find slippers or bathrobes inside the room. The washbasin and ventilation inside the bathroom worked not very good. Most furniture is not useful and not functional. The room in general was not very clean. Most time we were at the hotel...
