Basic Hotel. Shower not functioning properly. Double bes is made of 2 old small spirings beds put togethr and one pillow. Also...creepy

As expected, Same antisemitic Jew-Haters
Despite the building belonging to Jews , Despite being there on time before 8pm , despite explaining & Travelling with elderly people , the staff was rude & mean and disrespectful towards their own antisemitic past.

For others that come and visit - remember and be firm ! If they are polite then you can be polite , if they are in their typical antisemitic and hateful approach, FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND MAKE IT CLEAR

Lovely Hotel. Very clean. There was even a lady scrubbing the stairs carpets whilst we were there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. It's about a mile from the town centre. I am happy to recommend it. Breakfast was included and had a selection of salads, cereals, yoghurts etc. The Jewish Museum is next door which is worth a visit.

To cut a long story short I was really impressed with a female staff member who actively looked for me to tell me that my room was now available I was in the car park around 50 metres from the hotel at the time after initially being told that my room wasn't quite ready Thanks again to her and I hope the people who run the hotel are aware of her excellence

Very good hotel! The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with everything needed in them. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, with cheese, vegetables, ham, freshly baked bread, sweets, coffee and more. Above all, the staff was very kind and helping. With a tube station just round the corner to, just brilliant!

It’s quite surprising for me..Rooms are dirty and broken sofas ..hair in bed..restaurant served is not good ..restaurant served old food which is not fresh..

Excellent hotel in Lublin with a fascinating history. Rooms very comfortable and large which is unusual for hotels these days. The staff were all helpful and polite. I would recommend staying here if you are touring around this area of Poland.
