This is a newly opened hotel, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is large. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about one kilometer from the castle. The hotel is adapted for disabled people, there is a designated parking space. The hotel staff is very helpful and very nice, with the director at the forefront. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The room was spacious clean and beautiful. The wifi didn't initially work, I complained at the reception, the lady said would work the next day but it actually started working soon after. The breakfast was fantastic for hot and cold and sweet and savoury options. I can only wholeheartedly recommend the place 😊

It's perfectly situated between Malbork castle and the centre. The rooms are clean and have the basic amenities that you would expect to find. (Coffee making, tv, shower gel ect..) The rooms at the front of the hotel are preferred due to the views but your trip won't be ruined if you get a room at the back. Often there is no hot water. Breakfast can be good, but for those that have them in the room rate. Guests of the houses pay 22 roubles, but it is too much. Not enough staff in the kitchen, all waiting for a very long time. Food is issued, allegedly up to 10 hours, but 9: 30 is nothing to eat. Rooms cool. Highly recommend this place. Located in the middle of Forrest 10 min walk from beach. Very quiet surround. Outstanding food! Apartments very clean with a standard of 3 stars. TV, shower, separate toilet. The only downside is communication but if you lucky you'll get Uber to take you to Gdansk city centre.

About 800m from the seaside, situated in thick pine forest, bursztyn is affordable yet high standard hotel. There is plenty of space for a stroll down to the beach or into the forest. Facilities such as jacuzzi and gaming room further enhance the experience.

I was there for a Silvester party 2018/2019. In general nice party with music and dancing. According to what was anounced in the evening menu few dishes were missing on the table.

The 107 room toilet doors were stuck and glass, so you barely could see a person inside, and the sink water was poorly flowing. The shower has no stoper, so the whole bathroom will be flowing. There's only one 3in1 soap. The breakfast was really good and tasty!

The hotel is very good, clean with a good breakfast and above all right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the center in 8 minutes.

I gave it four stars because of their service and support - we were dumped there by Lufthansa after they cancelled their flight literally at the last minute. But for Gdańsk the location and style were definitely on the lower side. Food was good though and plentiful.

Chose this hotel for a good price compared to size of rooms and pretty central location. The rooms are amazing. Huge and modern! The bed is 1,5x sized. Bathroom is also very nice. In general i’ve got more than I’ve expected. Location is very good. It is only 10 min from the old town main street, but it is very quiet, stayed with opened windows all the time. Staff is very helpful, maybe the best staff i have ever met in my life. Food is 10/10. This hotel beats many five stars hotels with ease. Definitely recommend.

All in all, it was a nice stay, however it would be nice if they provided complementary shower products and wash rages. Also keep in mind that they only have two rooms on the first floor and the others you have to climb the stairs with your luggage.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is good. They let us check out late until 14:00. When we left, they also asked if we needed to call a taxi.
