Food is absolutely terrible. We were served cold pasta, no taste. Chicken cutlets, hard like a stone, not eatable. no coffee, no soft drinks. REPLACE THE CHEF ! at once

Great place to stay, in the city centre of Elblag. Everything was great including breakfast. Just be aware, close the door in your room, otherwise an alarm will come on. Parking entrance is quite wide and it’s easy to park, for a city centre at least.

Must give special mention to the scrumptious cakes made by Anastasia the lemon drizzle was to die as were all and beautifully presented
The only thing I will say is could have more bedding in the rooms i. e extra pillows and blanket or duvets

Very nice hotel, great staff- very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the SPA which is open till 10pm. Breakfast is very good, but pastry and fruit selection could be better. Room was clean and comfortable. Surprisingly, there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. But everything else was just fine. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Billed as the best hotel in Elblag it is fairly dated and slightly run down building. It’s not bad, but could do with some TLC and investment to really bring it up to the standard expected of a true 4 star hotel. Be aware that not all rooms have air con and the rooms at the front of the hotel are subject to noise at night from the main street below. The main reason I have marked it down is the limited breakfast choice. The dinner however was excellent.

Excellent service and professional staff, clean and well equipped rooms, very nice location. For Breakfast you can have variety of quality ingredients, so food is good as well. Hotel has well equipped bar, garage, swimming pool and Spa. There is a ATM machine as well. Overall very good experience and good value for money.

Good parking. Staff are polite enough. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Great location with plenty of restaurants and cafes so no lack of choice for food. I asked for a quite room and got one overlooking a building site. Not quite at all. Hotel was not very busy, could have taken more care with my request. Over all an OK stay

Great location, right in the center of the old town. They have good breakfast variety from 7 till 11 AM. The pool is nice (closes at 10PM) but not suitable for small kids since they don't have feet there, they can only go to jacuzzi and sauna.
