This is a very clean hotel, with very nice and kind staff. The rooms are very clean and so is the entire hotel for that matter. Working ac unit, nice toilets and comfortable beds. Also I would recommend you purchase the breakfast for some extra money as they have lots of options and the food is of restaurant quality. You have vegeterian options, meat, deserts and drinks. If I ever come back to this city, this will be my go to place.
Just a heads up, the staff looks to be al female, I have yet to see one guy working here.

The 107 room toilet doors were stuck and glass, so you barely could see a person inside, and the sink water was poorly flowing. The shower has no stoper, so the whole bathroom will be flowing. There's only one 3in1 soap.

Fast check-in and check-out. Nice decor, clean and tidy. The room is large and flooded with daylight thanks to large windows. Good location, nice staff and price adequate to the quality. Free parking is a plus and there is a market in the same building. Object consistent with the description.

Very poor, unpleasant experience, I would never recommend or come back. Be aware everyone. Stayed 2 nights and both mornings got woken up at 6am by excessive noise from delivery vans offloading outside, as if there was no hotel and people sleeping above. Spoke to reception on day one, only to be told - sorry your room is a standard room and on the side of the hotel where rooms may be noisy. What sort of response is that? Embarrassing, very rude and inappropriate. I was told I had to pay for a premium room to get the quiet side and not to be woken up at 6am. Not at all interested in changing the room after the first night, knowingly the second morning may be noisy again - which it was. Apparently no manager was available at the time to speak to, reception not bothered to do anything. Says a lot.
Also, the room was too hot to sleep or be in for long, no air conditioning available. And their response? You have to pay for premium room that has air conditioning. So basically, because you have a standard room you need to deal with a hot room and not being able to be comfortable or sleep at night due to how hot it is in the room.
I'm sorry but you have a long long way to understand what caring means, what customer satisfaction and retention means and ensuring guests staying are happy and enjoy their stay.

Nice modern Hotel, handy to airport and Gdansk town centre, especially handy for us as we were working at the nearby Motocross circuit, rooms were lovely and airy, clean tidy, staff were excellent, food was great with huge variety for breakfast, we had a set dinner on Sunday night which was lovely, we ate most nights here and value was excellent for the quality of food, service was fantastic too , small supermarket attached to Hotel was handy, as was large car park

Good, clean, nice hotel on the edge of the city. Not so much to do, but for sleeping it's fine

Surprisingly nice hotel, the room was large, bright, clean and practically furnished. The mattress was comfortable. Pillows and blankets were sufficient. The shower was on the ground floor, there were enough towels and shower gel. The restaurant was large and friendly, the food was good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
