Great location, great spa (swimming pool, Sauna), also very good breakfast and fine restaurant. Rooms are ok but there are several annoying things that are more obvious when staying longer. Things that could use some extra attention is cleanliness of pool, gym is too small and not well equipped and needs some serious maintenance (rust, etc), food that you order from hotel restaurant and you want it...

Wonderful place with a welcoming, helpful and kind staff. Very modern, quiet off season with all services available. Wonderful view of the lake. Not to mention a great location, 2h from Warsaw.

We loved the view, food, kids room, swimming pool and gym. Been here 3 times already and will visit again. Recommended :)

Delicious breakfast. Nice activity room for children. Some toys were broken, but overall everything was fine.

Kinda pricy. The use of green tiles in pools makes it look like algae. But water is clean. Only caution is that in the lazy river is a suction for the filter on the wall. It sucked me to the wall. If I was a kid , it could be dangerous and definitely scary.

Personel rewelacja - pozdrawiam Krystian . Śniadania - szóstka z plusem, bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Cały obiekt bardzo zadbany : plaża, konie, boiska, aquapark .

Atrakcje dla dzieci na najwyższym poziomie: aquapark, plac zabaw, sala zabaw, sala gier, konie, rowery, wypożyczalnia sprzętu wodnego, menu restauracyjne dla dzieci

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Jedzenie pyszne, w pokoju czysto. Na basenie fajne atrakcje. Hotel położony w atrakcyjnym miejscu, blisko las i jezioro. Polecam :)

The hotel is for sale (in 12/2020) but the service is still ok and people really nice. Restaurant is delivering food at your door due to Covid measures. Very handy. But towels, bedsheets are wornout, sueely waiting for new owner...

Fantastic warm room, high quality interiors, clean, after setting radiator to full blast its really warm, spaciouse bathrooms and shower, clean, location is prime right next to the old town. 5 min by taxi to west Olsztyn Railway Station. Food is tasty with a convenient price tag, lovely smiling crew especially fond of the receptionists very helpful

A pleasant hotel in the center of Olsztyn. good breakfasts included in the room price. The prices in the hotel restaurant are on a dense level. the service is very polite and helpful. The disadvantage of this place is the lack of air conditioning and a lot of traffic around the hotel.

Fantastic location , amazing customer service . Great breakfast. Negative is only missing arrows for the rooms and no cosmetics in bathroom as expected in 4 star hotel. Highly recommend!

Very luxurious place so the prices are also quite high, but the food is absolutely stunning and beautiful. You can go in with a dog-a huge plus for me. There is an amazing view of the lake. I would very much recommend!

Best restaurant in Olsztyn. A city renowned for terrible food and service but I really enjoyed my lunch. Great service and well cooked food. I will definitely go back again.

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. Just a good place to get away from all the noise

Luxury. ...gorgeous setting like winter- wonderland ...every room has view of lake...snow covered photo! Very quiet, restful setting...service tops too.

Just brilliant, we have spent 3 nights in Marina Club together with our children and family and it was all that we could imagine. Beautiful location, great rooms, awesome swimming pools and saunas, fun kids area and lobby with comfy couches where you can relax with a glass of wine, staff is super friendly and breakfast offers great variety of goodness. We are definitely coming back !

Great place top to bottom, especially for a weekend with family. The location is spectacular, but that goes without saying - just take a look at it on Maps. Rooms are spotless, tidy, beds comfortable and there's a considerable storage space for clothes etc. As far as I know each room has a balcony and - of course - beautiful view to the lake. Big hotel with great facilities and service. Kids play room, swimming pool, spa (book massage in advance), lobby with live music at evening. Pure love! Definitely will come back.

Really cosy hotel! Very convenient location to get there. Surrounding is beautiful, lots of green and beautiful Marina. Lakes themselves are very nice. In the hotel rooms are fresh and modern. Restaurant and bar serves good choice of food and drinks at reasonable prices (taking into account fact it is 5 star hotel). We stayed with our 3 months old new born, first trip for us so we had high expectations...
