Super receptionist. Preserved my frozen samples that I had for me and engaged me in a conversation to ensure that I was OK. Great staff. Management should be very happy

Interior and rooms are okay. Breakfast is the only really good thing in the hotel.
On our 4-nights-stay we didn`t get any room service. Even after complaining at the reception we had no room service the following days. Worst hotel service i`ve seen so far.

Fantastic location , amazing customer service . Great breakfast.
Negative is only missing arrows for the rooms and no cosmetics in bathroom as expected in 4 star hotel.

The hotel is for sale (in 12/2020) but the service is still ok and people really nice. Restaurant is delivering food at your door due to Covid measures. Very handy. But towels, bedsheets are wornout, sueely waiting for new owner...

Fantastic warm room, high quality interiors, clean, after setting radiator to full blast its really warm, spaciouse bathrooms and shower, clean, location is prime right next to the old town. 5 min by taxi to west Olsztyn Railway Station. Food is tasty with a convenient price tag, lovely smiling crew especially fond of the receptionists very helpful
