It is a very luxury, and well located hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful. It is a kid friendly place. The view is magnificent. It is located in between the lakes.

Location is amazing. Skip the restaurant for dinner and go to nearby restaurants with better options. Rooms are generally comfy, but the bathroom doesn't have great ventilation so is constantly wet. Service was a miss. They advertise a bunch of activities, but don't help you book any of them. My last service encounter was a 20zl charge for a missing key card... Probably the only hotel in the world...

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. We only went to the water park, it was very good, very fun and clean. The water park is great for families because it has interesting attractions. I recommend going to this water park. But one small problem, the smoke smell outside and inside was very bad to the point I was getting nauseous.

We didn't stay at the hotel however went just for the water park! 10/10. Very clean, free lockers included. Age appropriate for all kids and adults. Was not crowded! Will go back again!

The grey slide was clearly closed for long-term, but meant one less thing for younger children to do. Only one waterfall was on, & many other water jets not working. Graduation towers also not working. Many areas roped off, or completely empty, giving sense of tiredness to venue. No towels provided...

The hotel is full of fungus on the walls, especially on the ceiling of the club room. The food is not salty enough, and the tea is Korwin-styled (full of sugar). The service is not so friendly, only the receptionists are nice. There's no fridges or teapots, but you can rent a teapot from the reception. The bathrooms are very old and need a renovation, especially the showers. The location is very nice...

Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

I give 4 stars as my birthday party was a success, staff was very friendly and at the end everything prepared as per planned. I loved my hall and it was perfect for the event. The big plus was amazing food and big amount of it. Thank you Pirat for a lovely night. Overall its fantastic place for weekend gateway. I can not praise enough the stuff. Young friendly and suprisengly knowledgeable about the region. Let me put it that way, the hotel itself it's by the biggest lake in the city. Simply brilliant

It's more than 3 stars hotel, breakfast is marvelous and services is fantastic and staff are keen and helpful. Very good for families and couples it's very close to the public lake, they have a great sauna with affordable price. Definitely I'll come again. If they'll provide some slippers for rooms it'll be perfect.

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

Great value for the price. I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future.

Overall, the hotel was good. Rooms and other facilities(restaurant, bar, parking lot) were suitable for guests who visit Olsztyn for any reason only except not for tourism. The location of this hotel is on the southern border, so easy to go to from Warszawa, but slightly far from city center.

Close to the main road which is very convenient for business visits. Restaurant serves tasty meals also with tasty vegetarian options.

Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes. The swimming pool is small, but it has two large saunas. All facilities, including the rooms, are kept clean and staffs are also kind. I'd love to visit again someday.

The room was nice and renovated but the walls are so thin you can literally hear every conversation from the other room next door … if this problem was solved it would have been perfect. The service at the restaurant was also very long. 1h30 for a meal and a dessert and I was alone.

Breakfast is tasty and there are various types of food to choose from. It is very close to the town centre which is great if you do not have a car. In the room there shoud be doors for the bedrooms and a table in the kitchen, not in the bedroom.

We stayed here for about a week in November. The rooms have been renovated, king sized bed, very clean toilets / bath rooms. The breakfast has a good variety and was good enough in taste. The service staff were very kind and courteous. They have even obliged to my demand for changing my room!

Neat, clean room. Good WIFI. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was okay. Parking cost 50 zl and is underground. There is a Zabka convenience store just around the corner which is very convenient. The TV menu in the room has category for dining options. But, the only thing it shows is the hotel restaurant. There are good dining options within one kilometer.

Accessible to old town and all other needed facilities. Old charming hotel very well kept and homely. Bouncing castles and a playroom available for the kids to play. Food at the restaurant was delicious, and the wine measurements were very perfect for the price. Highly recommend.
