It's more than 3 stars hotel, breakfast is marvelous and services is fantastic and staff are keen and helpful. Very good for families and couples it's very close to the public lake, they have a great sauna with affordable price.
Definitely I'll come again.

There was a big event that we attended at the hotel, but for reasons that defied logic, they closed the bar at 9 pm, which was shortly after the event began. After we pleaded with the manager to keep the bar open, they reluctantly agreed, but it felt like they were doing us a huge favor. Not a good thing at all.

The hotel is at a lovely spot, very close to the lake for water activities and also has lots of playground near it. The breakfast was also good and the pancakes weren't too sweet.

Great value for the price. I stayed in a double room for one night while travelling for studies in Olsztyn in March 2025. The location is a short drive from the city center but located right next to the lake with many sports activities accessible. The buffet breakfast offered a great spread and should satisfy any and all. Will definitely use it again in the future.

My spoiled family commented "only 3 star hotel?" but then they found out the hotel in all aspects is much better than some 4 star hotels. Koya restaurant for example serves really great food. So good my spoiled doughter had 3 time in a row their seafood pasta. Rooms were clean comfortable. Location is great due to being right at the beach of beautiful lake. We really enjoyed our stay and was one highlights of our round trip of Poland.

Hotel was very modern with a lovely restaurant with excellent food. Shower and bathroom were spacious.

I truly reccommend this place if you want to visit and sightseeing the Pearl of Masurien region !

The hotel still needs a bit of an upgrade. But for 3* it's okay. We booked an apartment. Beautiful inside but a bit not happy with the view.

The rooms were quiet and peaceful. Laundry service is expensive. The food is good. Bar attenders are not so friendly!. Lake view is awesome from the room windows. Lake wake at the morning is very nice.

Good location, but loud music plays until late into the night on the weekends. The rooms really need modernization. USB ports, new bed lamps, and modern furniture would give this hotel greater appeal. The nightly rate is similar to other hotels in the area.
