It was my first time in Poznań, and I chose this hotel — what a great decision! The room was beautiful, cozy, and very clean. Service was excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive.
I especially loved the spa area: I spent a few relaxing hours enjoying the warm pool, the sauna, the ice room with real snow, and the cold plunge. Such a refreshing and unique experience!
The breakfast was also fantastic — delicious food with plenty of options.
I left with wonderful memories and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights, and it was an amazing experience! Everything exceeded our expectations. We booked our room through Booking.com from June 8 to June 10. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 AM on June 9, and the front desk was open — we checked in smoothly.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel design itself was amazing and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. There were also many excellent restaurant choices in the hotel, which we really enjoyed.
The staff, especially the receptionist, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Although check-out was at 11:00 AM, we stayed until 12:30 PM without any issues, which we truly appreciated.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place. Thank you!

It's not quite five stars. The airco doesn't really cool. The spa has an alarm button that doesn't work. Hair and cold water in the shower. In the suite, where there's also long black hairs in the shower, you're made to shower in a bathtub. There was supermarket yoghurt on the breakfast buffet. No real coffee creamer in the room. No refill of the bottled water. No bathrobe in the room. Phone didn't work. I can go on but the conclusion is it's three stars top and even that's pushing it.
Edit: The issues were raised to the receptionist on the first night. I was given coffee creamer but the bathrobe only came some 15 hours later when half my stay was over. Phone and airco fixing were not addressed. Generally a poor experience.

We stayed at this hotel last night, and it was an amazing experience! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff, especially the receptionist, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Although check-out was at 11 AM, we stayed until 12:30 without any issues, which we really appreciated. We traveled from Warsaw and were extremely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend this place, thank you!

We had a good experience.
The staffs were nice and approachable.
We booked with breafast included, the food was great but one comment is they serve the same food selection during our stay.
We stayed in the Main building so we had direct access to the spa.
Recommended, definitely will comeback again.

Old school 5 ster hotel. The gym and spa aerea are way outdated and the room shower is a 1 star hotel shower. Staff are not so friendly and a simple request as send up a ice bucket, they forget. Would not recommend for this price.

We were only able to check in at 14:45, not at 13:00 as stated and as I had requested by phone the night before. I was assured it would be possible, but that was not the case. Thx for the late checkout, it's standard in a 5 star hotel in case you did not know ;)
Additionally, we were charged an extra ~ €25 for parking, which was not on your grounds. To date, we have not received a refund for this charge.
Please clarify these issues at your earliest convenience.
