the hotel was okay. I have been I better, but this one was good as well. the pool was good. I went there once but when I jumped in only then I saw the sign "no jumping".the showers weren't excellent, but they were okay.

Everything was okay, good location, clean rooms. The only thing is long time wait in bar to get your drinks. Also, the food taste in restaurant is not valuable for the price

👍❤️ This is a perfect hotel in Poznan. Location is near center. Approximately 15 minutes to city center with taxi and you can call taxi from lobby. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast is fine. Parking is inside hotel. Staff is friendly. Prices are acceptable for Madrid city. Definitely, you should make a city tour when you fly to Madrid.

I had a bad experience there. the aircondition was broken, it has a very loud voice when you switch it to cool. the breakfast was closed one hour before the scadualed time and no one inform us about that.

Lack of cold water, it wasn’t running at all and after a few minutes you can see how much water was running in our shower.
Broken bathtub that they were lazy to fix/exchange so there was a hole and if you stand on it,… good luck.
Leaking water from the radiator that wasn’t even turned/plugged in but somehow there was water all over our bathroom.
Air condition not working, we put it to the lowest temperature but still our room had like 25-27 degrees.
Small fridge under the desk also not working, we wanted to store some smaller goods in fridge so at the end of our day we could eat/drink something cold but no, it just doesn’t work like anything in this so called “4 Star GRAND ROYAL Hotel”
Hidden parking and pet fee even tho on booking it says that its already in price.
Close to the highway so there is a lot of noise if you leave your windows open.
So if there are people who first read reviews and then they are deciding then please, skip this hotel for your own good.

Best hotel to stay in Poznan with feelings like at home. Splendid rooms with all facilities. All the services are excellent. Breakfast was awesome. delicious and fabulous (paid around 55 zloty/person. Enjoyed the calm and quite surrounding area of the hotel as well. You have to pay separately for Parking (around 25 zloty). Overall superb.

Good hotel, the location is quite far from the center and there's no entertainment other than the hotel nearby at all.
The spa was good, but small.
I initially booked this hotel because it had an AC Airconditioning according to booking.com, but this was untrue, in the summer the rooms there get insanely hot.
Other than that, it's quite luxurious, staff is professional and friendly, good for a stopover if you have your own car.
