Sheraton Hotel

Parking garage was full. It was asked me about my parking reservation, of course I haven’t any because usually it’s supposed for a hotel to have enough parking spots for the guests!

Pleasant stay, big rooms, tidy and nice bed. Also great with own iron and iron board. However the rooms were a bit noisy, we could hear the room next door. Kind of sucks when they woke us up in the morning because of their use of hair dryer. It was very loud.

A bit far walking distance into old town.

Nice Hotel with great service and breakfast near the central station. We only had trouble with noise above us once during the night. But after a call to the reception, it has been taken care of. Can recommend.

A very friendly welcome by Karolina on the front desk when we arrived. Giving us lots of local information and suggestions of places to visit. Our room was not overlooking the main street but I was surprised that the outside noise was still quite clear in the room, we were on the 3rd floor.
Shower was very powerful and refreshing and good facilities.
We had chosen the hotel for the swimming pool but on inspection seemed rather small to swim in and the sauna is situated in the changing rooms so couldn't be together.
Good location for the train station and all public transport and only a 20 minute walk into the old town.

Check in was easy and the staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast service is pretty good too. The room was cleaned daily and fresh pillow cases were installed. Overall service was great to include staff in the dining areas. I will definitely be back!

Nice Sheraton hotel, properly maintained, service attitude fine, lounge and breakfast excellent. Fitness facility medium sized, sauna very tiny for 2 people maximum and sometimes not getting properly hot (60 degrees, and technician does not have sauna experience to understand issue of insufficient heat), which is a pain in winter. Car parking pricy.

I've been staying at the Sheraton Hotel in Poznan for about 14 months for work. The staff here are great and provide the best service. They all take pride in providing good service to every guest. One employee Miss kasia Grzelak has pretty much been cooking my breakfast almost every morning since I've been here. She is always polite and smiling and an outstanding cook. I wish more hotels had an employee like her. Never a bad breakfast!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Poznan for one night in a deluxe suite, and it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Upon arrival in the afternoon, I was greeted with a professional and friendly check-in process. My status was recognized, and my late check-out request was granted without any issues—a nice touch!

The suite, located on the sixth floor, was exactly as advertised—spacious with a separate living room and bedroom. While it wasn’t overly fancy, it had a comfortable and cozy feel that made for a relaxing stay. A bottle of red wine and a handwritten card were waiting for me in the room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

Right across from my room was the club lounge, offering a good selection of drinks and snacks, just as you’d expect from a club lounge of this size. It was cozy and more than sufficient for a short stay. The gym and “spa” areas aren’t huge, but they’re functional and well-suited for a city hotel of this size.

I also dined at the ground-floor restaurant, where the service was excellent. I had the Caesar salad, which tasted great and rounded off my experience nicely.

Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Poznan was comfortable and well-balanced. It’s not over the top, but it gets the job done with a cozy atmosphere and good value for money. Highly recommended for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Poznan.
