This is probably the best hotel I have visited. From its unique art deco architecture, its cuisine, service to its location. I personally couldn't think of a better hotel - either in the highlands or anywhere else. I am adding no photos but a one from the restaurant because the beauty of this place has to be witnessed with one's own eyes.

We spent a delicious night here. All was magic and perfect. The place to be in Szczawnica. I love it.

Quiet and cozy place, with a very good but discreet service. If you want to rest and get some good SPA treatments this is the place. One thing which I would improve is the training for the waiters in the restaurant regarding wine selection.

We didn't stay here but my friend and I had paid for or moms to get pedicures here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, their English was decent. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars I guess is because it is pricy here, that being said though both our moms absolutely loved their pedicures! Over 2 hours each!

Hot, loud, poorly designed. This hotel has no air conditioning. It is hot. The rooms are very basic with bathrooms that lack counter space the even set a cosmetic case. Lovely location, fantastic restaurant but the hotel desperately needs investment.

Our family stayed only for one night, a very enjoyable stay. Our 4 rooms faced the mountains, I highly recommend this option as it’s a spectacular view to wake up to. Even though there was no AC, the breeze did the trick and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Great service at our check in and departure.

Very good food, clean and pleasent rooms, the "superior" room has a balcomy with a mountain view. It's everything you'd expect from a three-star hotel.

Great location, there was a bus stop for the ski resort only a few meters away from the hotel. Staff very warm, everything was clean, hot water, keys with direct access to the room and spacious parking spot. Good value for the money spent, the room was very cozy. A very fun place. The price is also tourist-friendly. We only spent one night, but the night was quite pleasant. Bathroom in the room. There is also a kitchen at your disposal. Separate fridge upstairs. There is a TV in the room. There is also a parking lot in the yard.

A very pleasant place, clean, absolutely without reservations. Close to the center, you can easily go on foot. The lady owner is kind, she advised on eating out. We will certainly return to this place on the occasion of holidays in Białka.

Nice location, really good food, good value for the money. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice, the location of the hotel is really good, close to the downtown & close to ski bus station. I think that one of the hotels restaurants is the best from the resort as was really crowded and the people were waiting always outside to a table.

Excellent modern hotel keeping traditional style, though officially 3 star it's definitely 4 star quality. Centrally located just 3-5 minutes by free bus to the biggest skiing complex or thermal pools. Super comfortable beds, great choice at breakfast buffet.

Lovely, clean hotel. Family room was perfect for us, our 16 and 13 year old boys had their own spacious bedroom. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was a problem. Breakfast great, lots of choice such as cereals, cheese, meat, yoghurt, pastries, fresh pancakes, sausages, juices, fresh fruit, coffee, tea etc. Supper is 3-6pm and you need to order it at breakfast time otherwise there isn't any supper...

It's ok, good location. Bar closes at 8pm very strange, and all staff go to sleep at night time, so even trying to exit the hotel after midnight is a challenge trying to find /wake up a staff member
