There was absolutely no sense of luxury; despite being advertised as a 5* hotel, the room felt extremely basic. The customer service was poor, with staff seeming uninterested and unhelpful. There is very little to do both in the hotel and in the town itself, which made the whole experience feel dull and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for anything close to a true luxury getaway.

I stayed here for 7 nights as part of Solos walking holiday. The room was amazing. I had a large duplex room on the 3rd floor. The decoration was sleek and minimalist with a large bathroom. It was great to have a separate sleeping area upstairs and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were great with a good selection every day. My only slight criticism is that dinner was quite early although I accept this maybe normal for Poland. The bar area was quite small but very comfortable. It would have been good to have included a Polish beer on tap. Overall an excellent stay

Stayed at szczawnica for 4 nights. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were decent, and the food was good. Overall a good experience. Would recommend for family and friends.

A very good and friendly hotel, you can go there for a pleasant holiday and rest, as well as take care of your business, beautiful location and very good and friendly service, I will come back here in some time, it is a place worth visiting and recommended

I rate my stay at the Szczawnica Park hotel excellent. The hotel is beautiful, majestic - spacious rooms. Both the rooms and the entire hotel are very clean, you can smell a pleasant smell. I rate the hotel service - reception, restaurant and room service at a very high level, the people working there are nice and helpful. When it comes to food, breakfast is very tasty and rich. The menu card is even ok but that's a matter of taste... Overall, I rate the stay as successful and I recommend the hotel - we were with a 4-month-old daughter - you can easily rent a cot, breakfast in the room. I recommend it, we will definitely go back there.

too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience

You can get better customer service in Thai street takeaway than in a bar in this 5* hotel. I understand that people can be frustrated in their personal lives, but shouting at polite customers is unacceptable. I won't recommend this place to anyone any longer.

Overrated resort far away from 5 star at Max 4 star. Well located. Very small swimming pool and spa with a cold water. Breakfast nothing exceptional. . Paying parking fée - scandal. It should be included since people already pay a high price. Nice rooms well designed with no phonic isolation between rooms. I could hear my neighbour watching tv. Missed cleaning service, unacceptable for 5 star resort I think there is still a lot to learn particularly how to treat a client. The only rooms that have value are the ones with a river view the rest is like staying in a parking lot unless you like to watch your car .
