Our room was nice and cosy, modele interior and finished to a high standard. There is a SPA area with 3 different kinds of sauna, jacuzzi, regular and children’s pool

An excellent food - all kind a la cart, breakfast and in the lobby. High Quality of the design and the size of the rooms. A very friendly service. Location just perfect - highly recommended for couple and families.

The menu card is even ok but that's a matter of taste. Overall, I rate the stay as successful and I recommend the hotel - we were with a 4-month-old daughter - you can easily rent a cot, breakfast in the room

We booked a classic massage which was good but no fireworks. We enjoyed the food but definitely recommended to get a meal from menu instead of buffet. Good selection of drinks and wine in the bar

Extremely elegant interior, exclusive but with a very good taste, elevators are in wood! All is clean and hygienic. SPA is very well organized with a swimming pool, saunas and massages (very good massage from mrs Edyta)

Reception is very friendly and have some flexibility for guests but could be even more flexible with the late check-outs especially on Sundays (non or a very small cost for the hotel but a great value for the guests in the ski resort type of place - no need to pack all and leave before leaving for a ski and a chance to have a shower before departing home)

All the above is said with a sympathy for the owners running the five star hotel in a little village which is not an easy task. In a summary GREAT place to visit and probably one of the best small hotels in south Poland

This is probably the best hotel I have visited. From its unique art deco architecture, its cuisine, service to its location. I personally couldn't think of a better hotel - either in the highlands or anywhere else

Undeniably the best small boutique hotel in Polish mountains with top quality and world class service. Just 50km from Zakopane. Family atmosphere and absolutely great restaurant and bar. Not to mention spa area:)

Food is very good (great breakfasts) but the same meal from the card ordered in the afternoon may be different and differently served in the evening (probably two different chefs are not aligned)

The only minus is paid parking for hotel guests, the price of the stay is not low, so the car should also rest, preferably without an additional fee. Swimming pool included in the price

Very nice service, large, clean room on the 6th floor, with a huge terrace, nice restaurant with delicious food, the location of the hotel is also a plus, close to everything, we are very pleased with our stay :) we will be happy to come back :)

The hotel has a great spa area - swimming pool and saunas. My mother used the massages and was delighted. Dog and cat friendly facility :) I recommend coming here to those who are undecided ❤️

Hotel great! Spotlessly clean rooms. Very nice service, from the ladies at the reception, waitresses and waiters in the restaurant and at the terrace bar, physiotherapists, cleaning ladies and all other employees

The biggest applause for the hotel for the modern SPA & Wellness zone, which included saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool and also a fitness room. It was just what we needed! Intimate, quiet and clean

Lots of sun loungers in green areas and general terraces

Great hospitality, from the very beginning the service has been tremendous. I was offered a room with river view. The restaurant staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Always there to bring a smile on your face

I being a vegetarian, the chef prepared a special meal apart from the buffet which was lovely and one of the best in its kind. Absolutely recommend this place

Hotel is located very close to the center, personel and food was excellent. The rooms are tidy. We’re definitely going to come back there next summer!
