A very good and friendly hotel, you can go there for a pleasant holiday and rest, as well as take care of your business, beautiful location and very good and friendly service, I will come back here in some time, it is a place worth visiting and recommended

Overrated resort far away from 5 star at Max 4 star. Very small swimming pool and spa with a cold water. Breakfast nothing exceptional. It should be included since people already pay a high price

My only slight criticism is that dinner was quite early although I accept this maybe normal for Poland. The bar area was quite small but very comfortable. It would have been good to have included a Polish beer on tap

It was great to have a separate sleeping area upstairs and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast and dinner were great with a good selection every day

Bathroom shower was awkward since it was designed in a corner - wedged into the space between toilet and sink, when you turn on the shower, it sprayed into the room. Breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay

the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food. sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement',. i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing

Undeniably the best small boutique hotel in Polish mountains with top quality and world class service. Just 50km from Zakopane. Family atmosphere and absolutely great restaurant and bar. Not to mention spa area:)

We visited this excellent hotel with friends for one night only. Upon our arrival we enjoyed a drink on the outside terrace of the bar

The beverages menu was extensive and we had cocktails and some complimentary drinks also. The bar is very tastefully furnished and relaxing

Quiet and cozy place, with a very good but discreet service. If you want to rest and get some good SPA treatments this is the place

We dined late in the hotel and the female chef kindly stayed late to prepare an excellent meal for each of us

We asked to meet her to thank her for her delicious food and we gave her a spontaneous round of applause which I think embarrassed her. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was superb

The room can accommodate more photographs, paintings, etc. , and the bathroom has a heated towel rail (6 pcs. ) And there are not enough swimsuits. Strong sunlight in the room and sounds of the city from the southeast

The hotel has a great spa area - swimming pool and saunas. My mother used the massages and was delighted. Dog and cat friendly facility :) I recommend coming here to those who are undecided ❤️

The BEST medical stuff; doctors nurses, orthopedic doctors. I have to say all the same about all personnel of this Hotel Spa. The pool and saunas are also clean

Very nice service, large, clean room on the 6th floor, with a huge terrace, nice restaurant with delicious food, the location of the hotel is also a plus, close to everything, we are very pleased with our stay :) we will be happy to come back :)

Hotel great! Spotlessly clean rooms. Very nice service, from the ladies at the reception, waitresses and waiters in the restaurant and at the terrace bar, physiotherapists, cleaning ladies and all other employees

The biggest applause for the hotel for the modern SPA & Wellness zone, which included saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool and also a fitness room. It was just what we needed! Intimate, quiet and clean

Lots of sun loungers in green areas and general terraces

Everything is perfect in this hotel: comfortable rooms with unique designs (each room has its own style), beautiful landscapes from the windows, convenient location, friendly staff, delicious food, any help at the reception, even there is an elevator! Perfect hotel for a holiday - highly recommended!

Great hospitality, from the very beginning the service has been tremendous. I was offered a room with river view. The restaurant staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Always there to bring a smile on your face

I being a vegetarian, the chef prepared a special meal apart from the buffet which was lovely and one of the best in its kind. Absolutely recommend this place

Excellent hotel. Wooden clad exterior with modern rooms. Friendly accommodating staff. Large clean and nice rooms. Plently of storage and space. Excellent showers and nice sized clean bathrooms with a hairdryer.
