After arriving at the room it turned out that the bed was wet and fresh bedding was put on wet mattresses and it stank terribly of mo….. . The next issue is the standing water in the shower that does not drain quickly enough and anyone who takes a shower will stand in dirty water. And it is like that in every room. This hotel requires a major renovation. Everything is old and dingy and the hotel charges fees like the same hotel e.g. in Warsaw only a new one in the same chain. After I pointed it out to the receptionist, he did change my room but did not even apologize for the situation. Apart from that, there is no silence, they are constantly renovating something. When booking the hotel I asked for the room not to be by the elevator and this was not taken into account either. I met one of the renovation workers in the elevator and his statement about the hotel was clear "they should tear it down and build a new one", so that explains everything. I am very disappointed with this hotel. I already know that I will never come back there.. pp First I tried to call for half a day to see if it is possible to check in an hour earlier, but no one answered, and there was no such possibility. The service itself was very slow, there is supposedly free chocolate at the reception, but there was none on the day of check-in or check-out. The room itself is nothing special, the pillows are a joke, I don't even know what to call it.. The air conditioning is turned on in the main fuse box, with no adjustment option. The shower is a disaster, the water runs all over the bathroom because there is no curtain, only one large towel.

Even though the room is old..the cleanliness is okay but the receptionist and maybe the manager is the best..they help me in every concern that I have because as a foreigner it's a little bit hard for the language..they speak English as well..the housekeepers Indians are also very good..we will definitely come back again💜❣️♥️🩷

A decent hotel. Customer service could be a bit better. My door lock broke so for two days to get into the room I had to get somebody from reception, explain to them that there is no problem with the card, every time, and getting to the room with them with a set of unmarked keys to see which one fits. They could have passed the info or just marked the key because doing this again and again sometimes late at night was definitely inconvenient. Problems happen and that’s ok but could have been handled better from the staff.
Breakfast was great! Location was perfect. So overall a pretty good place to stay.
