The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better

After meeting the hotel animators, they always came back with a smile and were eager to return to the classes throughout the stay, thanks to which we, as parents, were able to use other attractions of the hotel and enjoy the spa

Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight

It was so nice, but imagine our surprise when, when checking into the apartments (the complex consists of a hotel and apartments, we lived in an apartment), we were given an upgraded accommodation! Breakfasts at the hotel, as they say, are amazing, it's a pity that it is physically impossible to try the entire assortment in one meal

The wellness area was a highlight: relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool and sauna areas were never overcrowded, and the atmosphere was perfect after a day of hiking or skiing

Also sauna and swimming pool were clean and when we went there during dinner time, we had basically private sauna for 1

Our stay at Radisson Szklarska Poręba was absolutely excellent. The hotel combines modern design with comfort, warmth, and a high standard of service that made us feel welcomed from the very first moment

Great hotel, friendly staff and beautifully maintained rooms. Food at the Lobby restaurant and drinks at the bar are great. Only minor details are that the hotel is slightly out of the city center and up a few hills.

Amazing hotel, great views from the superior room! Breakfasts with good options and also the dinner buffet was great. The indoor swimming pool has lots of options for every age

The hotel also included a "play Hall" with many possibilities and the pool has a slide and a normal pool. The hotel gets a 3/5 but if it was possible a 2,5/5

There was no variation (it was always the same: patatoes, some meat that was supposed to be pork but I tasted so bad and for vegetarians it was always the same salad and rice)

Very good location, close to the main road which can be convenient or disturbing depending on your needs. Very nice swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. I also had a full body massage, which was at additional cost

A hidden gem, super friendly staff, good food and wine card, perfect location for telemark, view is pure nature, excellent sauna & jaccuzi and even cold tub. Much recommended!

Very nice place to enjoy mountains, tracking and mountain bicycling. Silent and with tasty food.

Pretty decent for reasonable price. There's a nice pool and jacuzzi. Breakfasts also tasty. Don't expect luxury in the rooms. But it's OK, especially for such low price.

Not bad location in residential part of town, parking is large enough. Rooms are rather small, a bit tired equipment. Breakfast is nice and tasty but missing juices, just milk, tea and coffee

Dinners are very tasty, just one choice as part of half-board but we enjoyed. I'm general good but potential is much higher

Very simple place, straight in the forest, but too expensive for its service. The only advantage is the swimming pool, jakuzi was closed and the breakfasts too monotonous and heavy, especially for children..

The place is OK, i.e. the rooms are ok (nothing special), it's quite clean (again, nothing special), the food is eatable (again, nothing special, except that vegans can have a rough time here).

It's a perfect place for end your cycling route - when you're going back from the Czech Republic and here you can stay for a coffee or some food and appreciate that moment that you will go almost only downhill to home :-) also during the winter it's a great place to eat something after xc skiing in Jakuszyce and now, during the pandemic, they are doing awesome job with music, some food to take-away...
