The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better

After meeting the hotel animators, they always came back with a smile and were eager to return to the classes throughout the stay, thanks to which we, as parents, were able to use other attractions of the hotel and enjoy the spa

Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight

It was so nice, but imagine our surprise when, when checking into the apartments (the complex consists of a hotel and apartments, we lived in an apartment), we were given an upgraded accommodation! Breakfasts at the hotel, as they say, are amazing, it's a pity that it is physically impossible to try the entire assortment in one meal

Nice place and people. You can feel that hotel has a good few years. Kinda 80s style but clean.

Room was clean, but old and dated. Not enough value for money. Breakfast was not that great. No english breakfast more polish like. Swimmingpool and sauna where nice though so average hotel. Not bad not great either.

Good car parking 🅿 lots of space not too expensive

- the saunas could use a little refresh (and one a repair, since it was out of order) - the restaurant there only had a daily 3 - 4 course menus, so not something you can really eat when travelling with small kids

) + breakfast was good + the staff is quite friendly and the service was fast - the mattress had a few dents and was quite unconfortable. - the view from our room was of a pond and some part of the mountain

The hotel also included a "play Hall" with many possibilities and the pool has a slide and a normal pool. The hotel gets a 3/5 but if it was possible a 2,5/5

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC

I am very happy with that Hotel. Central, but very well located to make a trips to Szrenica or to the Waterfalls Kamieńczyk, Szklarka. Nice swimming-pool, restaurant with very friendly service and tasty dishes

Perfect 2 nights stay in the center and not far to mountains. Big, clean rooms, wide choice of breakfast, nice spa and pool area

Great service (reception, cleaning, room service), Spa area and overall look. Rooms might feel sometimes like getting older and soon might require renovation but for me it is not a big deal

Breakfast on high level especially coffe and tea is to mention. I had a deluxe room for 3 night for price under my expectations so I was verry happy with all around service

Excellent quality and taste + VERY well equipped gym - I’ve never seen a hotel gym so well equipped AND maintained + clean and spacious rooms + occasional perks like free sausages at a bonfire There weren’t that many negatives but if I have to nitpick: - thin walls mean potential loud neighbours are going to be a nuisance - car park fills up quickly - bathroom items (soap, shampoo etc) are few and...

They let us in without any complaints, served us the full set of dishes, giving us even too much food for the standard price

Very simple place, straight in the forest, but too expensive for its service. The only advantage is the swimming pool, jakuzi was closed and the breakfasts too monotonous and heavy, especially for children..

The place is OK, i.e. the rooms are ok (nothing special), it's quite clean (again, nothing special), the food is eatable (again, nothing special, except that vegans can have a rough time here).

The best place to stay in Szklarska, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and bright, breakfast are absolutely delicious plus selection of wines makes you feel you don't want to go anywhere, you just like to stay in this cozy hotel over and over again

The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!

Pretty decent for reasonable price. There's a nice pool and jacuzzi. Breakfasts also tasty. Don't expect luxury in the rooms. But it's OK, especially for such low price.

Not bad location in residential part of town, parking is large enough. Rooms are rather small, a bit tired equipment. Breakfast is nice and tasty but missing juices, just milk, tea and coffee

Dinners are very tasty, just one choice as part of half-board but we enjoyed. I'm general good but potential is much higher

Great hotel with a very hospitable manager available for almost all time of your stay. Might be a bit tough to get the shortest route during winter so get prepared

Since we changed our jobs, we don't have access to job benefit system anymore - if they hadn't taken money earlier, now it won't be possible and we would have to pay in cash, losing few hundred PLN because of that mistake

Broad choice of food at breakfast combined with its deliciousness is something which definitely needs to be mentioned! Unfortunately, I have to remove 1 star because of confusion regarding payment caused by staff member

The staff at this facility was not super friendly. The resort is nice the pool is great. The hot tub outside is very small and was a medium warm temperature

It would have been great to have a shuttle bus running so you could get to the base of the trails or the train station more easily (it was about a 30 min walk) especially with the price paid for the room

The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating

The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food was from weekend and didn't look fresh

We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children

Had a very pleasant girls' weekend at this hotel. It was clean, the spa area was great but a bit too small to enjoy. Also was a bit too cold the water temperatures outside and inside
