The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better

Be sure to include breakfast in the price - it's worth it. On weekends, the hotel was already crowded, so if you are going for peace and relaxation in the mountains, then try to come on weekdays

Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

The hotel has a great view from the balcony, the pool is very nice, the reception staff and the cleaning lady were very nice. The lobby bar has great live music in the evening

It was so nice, but imagine our surprise when, when checking into the apartments (the complex consists of a hotel and apartments, we lived in an apartment), we were given an upgraded accommodation! Breakfasts at the hotel, as they say, are amazing, it's a pity that it is physically impossible to try the entire assortment in one meal

My English is very bad, when checking in, the young man at the reception understood our situation and, cleverly, filled out and printed out instructions in Russian for us from Google, where he explained how and what to use in the hotel, helped with parking and breakfasts

The rules in the sauna area are not followed by the guests and staff do not care (the area is adjacent to the pools, so people just come to the saunas in bathing suits)

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids and enjoyed a lot our stay! Room- The superior suite was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family stay Food- we booked half pension and enjoyed the food a lot

It was fresh and high quality. each one can find something they like. In the morning there is also additional a la carte for some dishes

Kids playroom - was a good addition where kids could play and interact with other kids. During summer holidays kids enjoyed the evening activities with a variety of themes

The swimming pool - was nice and clean, kids loved it, also we, especially the big jacuzzi area

The slide was a great addition! They had some floating accessories for kids if you forgot to bring them, which you can borrow

The hotel also included a "play Hall" with many possibilities and the pool has a slide and a normal pool. The hotel gets a 3/5 but if it was possible a 2,5/5

We really liked everything!!! I recommend it to everyone, clean, cozy, tasty and good. I was delighted 👍👍👍

There was no variation (it was always the same: patatoes, some meat that was supposed to be pork but I tasted so bad and for vegetarians it was always the same salad and rice)

The rooms were good for people who go in groups. The bathroom was clean, the toilet too, the cleaning lady did an amazing job and up on arrival everything was good

But there was one horrible thing that's very important to know: the food was unimaginably bad

I am very happy with that Hotel. Central, but very well located to make a trips to Szrenica or to the Waterfalls Kamieńczyk, Szklarka. Nice swimming-pool, restaurant with very friendly service and tasty dishes

Great service (reception, cleaning, room service), Spa area and overall look. Rooms might feel sometimes like getting older and soon might require renovation but for me it is not a big deal

Breakfast on high level especially coffe and tea is to mention. I had a deluxe room for 3 night for price under my expectations so I was verry happy with all around service

Very good location, close to the main road which can be convenient or disturbing depending on your needs. Very nice swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. I also had a full body massage, which was at additional cost

We were recommend by reception staff a wonderful walk to the old quarry and that was one of the best walks we had during our holidays

Very good breakfast, but not much choice for vegetarians, so I would advice to let them know in advance if you do not eat meat

Room was clean, but old and dated. Not enough value for money. Breakfast was not that great. No english breakfast more polish like. Swimmingpool and sauna where nice though so average hotel. Not bad not great either.

- the saunas could use a little refresh (and one a repair, since it was out of order) - the restaurant there only had a daily 3 - 4 course menus, so not something you can really eat when travelling with small kids

The whole price ended up being around 10 % more expensive than in the reservation. if the staff would have warned us, we would have used an ATM and paid with cash

Idyllic enough, if the pond would have been clean instead of having trash (beer cans,. inside) - we paid the accommodation using my card which is in EUR

Loved the stylish decoration and quality of the facilities, cleanliness, staff and the quality of the breakfast - not exactly a "Royal thing", but everything necessary for a proper and complete meal was there and with good quality

The staff at this facility was not super friendly. The resort is nice the pool is great. The hot tub outside is very small and was a medium warm temperature

When we did arrive some of our sheets and comforters had stains on them which were kind of gross. They do not have air-conditioning in the rooms or nets for the windows, so bugs can get in

Great hotel with a very hospitable manager available for almost all time of your stay. Might be a bit tough to get the shortest route during winter so get prepared

Since we changed our jobs, we don't have access to job benefit system anymore - if they hadn't taken money earlier, now it won't be possible and we would have to pay in cash, losing few hundred PLN because of that mistake

Broad choice of food at breakfast combined with its deliciousness is something which definitely needs to be mentioned! Unfortunately, I have to remove 1 star because of confusion regarding payment caused by staff member

Yeah, there are few things to complain about, we had some issues, but exceptional attitude of staff and hotel manager makes up for it - we felt all of our needs were taken care of, so we are satisfied

Pretty decent for reasonable price. There's a nice pool and jacuzzi. Breakfasts also tasty. Don't expect luxury in the rooms. But it's OK, especially for such low price.

Not bad location in residential part of town, parking is large enough. Rooms are rather small, a bit tired equipment. Breakfast is nice and tasty but missing juices, just milk, tea and coffee

Dinners are very tasty, just one choice as part of half-board but we enjoyed. I'm general good but potential is much higher

Very simple place, straight in the forest, but too expensive for its service. The only advantage is the swimming pool, jakuzi was closed and the breakfasts too monotonous and heavy, especially for children..

The place is OK, i.e. the rooms are ok (nothing special), it's quite clean (again, nothing special), the food is eatable (again, nothing special, except that vegans can have a rough time here).
