Amazing place with high standard of services. Food is delicious. Our apartment with sauna in the bathroom I experienced for first time in my life. I can only recommend for people with children. 👌

We were in one of the apartments with a privet sauna. It was spacious, well equipped. The sauna was nice, however it should be more airtight. The complex of buildings is pretty, internal and external swimming pools were great. Food was good, however quite expensive. The regular apartment clean-up could be better.

The place doesn't deserve 5 stars imho. Looks like it was rushed during the building phase. Not too many attractions for kids, and the Gaming area is there to take your money ( 30 sec games for almost 1 euro). Nice swimming pool. Good Swedish table for breakfast. 3 stars from me over all:)

Nice place. Great atmosphere and really delicious breakfast. I couldn’t spend time on any other activities but as I noticed there is cool water attractions. Rooms are super tidy ad clean. I totally recommend this hotel.

Nice place and people. You can feel that hotel has a good few years. Kinda 80s style but clean.

Room was clean, but old and dated. Not enough value for money. Breakfast was not that great. No english breakfast more polish like. Swimmingpool and sauna where nice though so average hotel. Not bad not great either.

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).

But there was one horrible thing that's very important to know: the food was unimaginably bad. Perfect 2 nights stay in the center and not far to mountains. Big, clean rooms, wide choice of breakfast, nice spa and pool area. It would be nice to get toiletries in the bathroom, as a small piece of soap for 2 nights and hanging bottle of shower gel is not the case for quite expensive 4 stars hotel

We had just a breakfast at the restaurant during the way back to Poznań. We jumped in 1h after the breakfast was finished. They let us in without any complaints, served us the full set of dishes, giving us even too much food for the standard price. The staff was really nice.

location is premium, the hotel is nice and clean. i did not like that the bath tub/shower had a manual shower that was not working, the tub and jet tub was not working... so they have all these features but unable to use them

The hotel was charming, ask for a room on a higher floor if outside noise bothers you while sleeping. The Vault: Marrini Bar wasn’t open while we were there and that was a little disappointing. Overall I would stay again.

I was very satisfied with this hotel and the overall value for money. We stayed for four nights at the beginning of August, and since the hotel was not fully booked at the time, this likely contributed to an even better overall experience. Amongst all the hotels of similar class I've stayed in, this is one of the best. Yeah, there are few things to complain about, we had some issues, but exceptional attitude of staff and hotel manager makes up for it - we felt all of our needs were taken care of, so we are satisfied. Broad choice of food at breakfast combined with its deliciousness is something which definitely needs to be mentioned...

Great hotel with a very hospitable manager available for almost all time of your stay. Delicious breakfasts. Might be a bit tough to get the shortest route during winter so get prepared. But I'm pretty sure they will inform you about that prior to your visit.

Had a very pleasant girls' weekend at this hotel. It was clean, the spa area was great but a bit too small to enjoy. Also was a bit too cold the water temperatures outside and inside. The breakfast was great and there was a large assortment of different food. Location was far from the city centre but you had beautiful views and it was very quiet. It would have been great to have a shuttle bus running...

This could be a nice place: well designed, comfy, well located, with nice and helpful staff… but it needs proper cleaning! Our room was dirty when we arrived: dirty carpets, some sticky spots on the kitchen table, dirty sink and wc… it was quite disgusting and disappointing :(
