We have stayed here for a second time, this time for my birthday together with my wife and my parents. It has been a great experience yet again.
The service in this hotel is impeccable, from the check in until check out we only have had great interactions with the staff. The breakfast has a great variety and the lunch and dinner also was always spot on. Special thanks to Sara for arranging special amenities due to the special occasion, to Laura who provided a very good service during dinner and also to Julia for the smooth and easy check out. Generally I would like to extend a thank you to all the staff, also at the bar or the Filipino chefs who prepared an amazing Asian dinner experience on the menu at the restaurant.
We will very surely return very soon!

Wonderful location, lovely resort.
The place was very cozy and put to spend your holidays. The best part is outdoor jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool with slides aswell.sauna was also lovely.
Breakfast was super tasty aswell.
Rooms well maintained and modern architecture.

Place with a potential.
Polite and helpful stuff. Restaurant has an inspiring menu - a taste has been always a matter of the taste. Tiny bar in a front of reception - does not match the hotel size.
Cosy interior pool, being packed in afternoon hours due to its size. Large area around the hotel - averagely maintained. Half of rooms with a view on construction area and parking lot.
All in all - positive, but doesn’t seem to be a „Radisson Standard”.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids and enjoyed a lot our stay!
Room- The superior suite was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family stay
Food- we booked half pension and enjoyed the food a lot. It was fresh and high quality. each one can find something they like. In the morning there is also additional a la carte for some dishes.
Kids playroom - was a good addition where kids could play and interact with other kids. During summer holidays kids enjoyed the evening activities with a variety of themes.
The swimming pool - was nice and clean, kids loved it, also we, especially the big jacuzzi area. The slide was a great addition! They had some floating accessories for kids if you forgot to bring them, which you can borrow.
Parking- for 7 nights there we paid an additional almost 100€ which was a bit annoying since you don't have other options for parking. This was quite an expensive addition just for parking. Wish it was included in the room cost.
Service- was great from the restaurant to reception and room service. Everyone was kind and nice.
One disadvantage to note- the road to the hotel was not appropriate for this kind of hotel level, I would expect some investment here (see photo)
Overall, we would recommend it!

Amazing hotel, great views from the superior room! Breakfasts with good options and also the dinner buffet was great.
The indoor swimming pool has lots of options for every age.

My stay in this hotel was just one step off my trip, but gave me a perspective. I took the mountain view apartment, and it was nice, spacious & clean. One small comment though, instead of having two showers in the apartment one bathroom could have a bathtub (handy if you are traveling with a 4 year old). Hotel is new, however located 3 km from city centre a there’s no shuttle bus.
Serviece? True story: I’ve arrived in the evening and asked for additional blanket for my daughter. The reception deck acknowledged it each time, I gave up after 3 asked and eventually ended up with sleeping without a blanket at all in the 300 eur apartment for a night. When you complain each time you get safe response: I’m sorry we have high season. Can I checkout later? (I have premium status) I’m sorry we have high season. The elevator is not working- I’m sorry we have high season. Etc.
Generally you feel like you are here for the staff (so they get their compensation) not they are for you.

The hotel feels new, the exterior design is great and nicely fits the location. The rooms are new, spacious, and clean, with good amenities, and great housekeeping. Breakfast is very good. What’s unbeatable is the views from the rooms - this is probably what is worth the premium price… a lot of other stuff just seems to fall short of standard (however, do mind this is a Radisson, not a Radisson Blu).
The staff is generally nice and friendly, but seem undertrained, e.g. don’t count that someone will ask you how your stay was at checkout, or that someone will show you the bottle of the wine you ordered before pouring a glass. Or - if you want a member’s discount at the restaurant, don’t forget to mention this to the staff, otherwise noone will ask about it. When later we realized this and brought this up to the reception, the answer was along the lines of “there is nothing we can do now, since the bill is already settled, don’t forget next time”. Really? How about a voucher for a drink, for example? Isn’t this basic hospitality? :)
We did not use the pools, but the area is not big and pretty crowded, and so is the sauna area. There are three different saunas: Finnish, IR, and Roman, and everything is new and clean. The rules in the sauna area are not followed by the guests and staff do not care (the area is adjacent to the pools, so people just come to the saunas in bathing suits). Also, on one of the two nights we stayed, the Finnish sauna was warm at best, with only around 60 degrees celsius. Do also mind that the saunas close at 9 p.m., so you will have to hurry up in case your hike runs late. On the plus side, it was generally quiet and the area is 16+.
Bottom line: the only thing that really justifies the price tag of this hotel is the views. If you don’t get a room with a mountain view, it’s not worth it.

Our car has been robbed. The hotel doesn’t take any responsibility for what happened on a parking.
At that night 2 cars were robbed, and no one guards it, though you have to pay for it. So I don’t feel comfortable staying at the hotel ever again.

A beautiful modern hotel with a newly equipped room. Everything always clean and tidy. I really appreciate the opening hours of the gym - 24 hours a day, and the playroom for children from 8 to 9.
I would only complain about two things: 1) the heating in the room, which only turns on when you move, so you always return to the cold, which isn’t very pleasant at the end of October. 2) The capacity of the hotel does not fully correspond to the capacity of the pool and restaurant. The pool is very beautiful, but it is always crowded. The same in the restaurant, where despite the relatively long time interval for breakfast and dinner, there often isn’t place to sit down and, above all, the staff does not have time to replenish either the food or the clean dishes.
Also, be prepared for high prices at the bar, cocktails from 28 to 38 zł, soft drinks around 20 zł, beer too, small dessert 20-25 zł.

Really nice hotel with clean and nice rooms and nice view from balcony, even when you are not on the side with view to mountains.
Food was really good, we both enjoyed variety of meat and cheeses. Also sauna and swimming pool were clean and when we went there during dinner time, we had basically private sauna for 1.5hour.
One minor objection maybe was, that i would expect within wellness hotel to provide slippers in the rooms. Otherwise no objections
