This hotel has a very good situation close to the river and historic center.
The rooms are confortable with a nice bathroom. More or less modern in decoration depending on the rooms.
The staff is very nice and willing to help to an extend !

Great place to stay in Torun. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's an easy drive from the train station. It's less than a minute's walk from the ruins, and literally across from the old city wall. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

This hotel is so quaint and lovely. They have a mini waterfall upfront. They only have stairs going to the entrance so not very wheelchair-accessible. The floors in the room are wooden and creaky but it’s charming in an old-fashion way. The reason I rated the room as 4 stars is because of the deflated/flat pillows. Other than that, the place was great.
They gave gingerbread as a welcome treat. The receptionist is nice and helpful as well. There’s a restaurant nearby and the town center is a 10min walk.

Lovely, boutique hotel in a quiet part of the old town. The staff are all really friendly, welcoming and helpful - the kind of place I wish I’d stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was superb with an amazing array.

Great location. There are two buildings, the old and new. The new are more modern (and expensive), but somewhat bland and dark, whereas the rooms in the older part have more character and interesting historic views. Service from all the women employees in the hotel and restaurant was wonderful, friendly and helpful, though I was not impressed by the service in the bar. A random plus is that the hairdryer worked better than any of the others I encountered in Poland hotels!

Very disappointed with this stay. On the reception I was insured that in the whole hotel there is no normal mattress for queen bed, only small one that they put together and claim it's queen bed. Dear Hotel 1231, no that's not a queen bed. After arguing I had to move the mattress by my self. This is probably the worst 4 star hotel I every stay. Breakfast was good and stuff there was kind.
