I attended for a wedding, the rooms were basic, but spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and the food was delicious

Hotel is absolutely fine, however room was very hot and couldn't be ventilated because of passing freight trains in the night. When airconditioning would be installed, it is worth 5 stars instead of 3.

Nice hostel near the old town. In fact, the only negative is the proximity to the train station and quite uczęszczanego way. So if train sounds will bother You, everything else.

The hostel is OK, due to the low price. It should be noted, however, that is near the train station Torun miasto. When we get to the room from the rails is passing trains will Wake us with the noise. And if not, you will feel a gentle tremor of the building with each pass. In addition, we slept in the room that it was impossible to ventilate. It was stuffy, and the bathroom smelled like in the beginning...

I absolutely loved this hotel and have already recommend it to a few friends. Perfect location, very charming decor, comfy beds and phenomenal food at breakfast and in a restaurant. It has parking (fee 60 zl) but also a gym and sauna, you can book it to use just for yourself and it's free. Also people working there are very kind, helpful and polite. Historical, charming, clean, wonderful location near the river and with a stellar breakfast. I had a room in the former granary, renovated and vibrant. Just enchanting. It was away from the crowds, therefore very relaxing and with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. This hotel is a gem in a jewel city. I couldn’t ask for more.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the auxiliary apartment building several blocks away, and had a stylishly renovated studio with kitchenette, comfy queen bed and two TVs. The street noise was a bit loud, but didn't go on too late. We enjoyed the few minutes walk to the hotel for the wonderful breakfast featuring many items and eggs cooked to order. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, quick WIFI, parking, clean spacious rooms, and you must try the steak.

The rooms leave a lot to be desired, the beds also are very small and short. However the restaurant downstairs has very very cheap beer and the food is absolutely fantastic.

Good hotel but not a 4 stars standard

A good hotel when visiting the surrounding area in Poland. The rooms are comfortable, have adequate space, and are well cleaned. Dining here is also quite nice as there is a buffet with varied options available at each meal. The staff are really helpful and accommodating as well. Location-wise, the hotel is situated within walking distance from places ideal for sightseeing as well as supermarkets.

I stayed 3 nights in the new section. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable. The bed sheets pillows and duvet were the best I've ever seen, I even check the names of the manufacturer to check sales online. Breakfast was tasty, the variety of polish cuisine, vegetarian options, wafle...what ever you like, even a feshly made smoothies. Highly recommended!

The hotel 1231 is very nice, situated just opposite the old Teutonic castle, in the ancient mill. We have spent two nights there. Everyone was so lovely, chatty, very helpful and always smiling. We even had the opportunity to meet the chef and exchange some food recepies. The hotel restaurant was closed due to Covid regulations but the hotel changed all the ground-floor rooms into the private dining...

I had a wonderful stay at Copernicus Hotel as an attendee of an astronomy conference that was organized in the hotel. Torun itself is a lovely place and Copernicus Hotel made the stay all the better. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was truly amazing!

Stayed here 1-2 weeks at a time over the course of a 6 month project in 2002. One of my favorites anywhere and a really great location. I have spent approximately 7 years in hotels all over the world since 1995 and this one is not the fanciest but it is one of my favorites! If you are physically fit you will love the stairs but if not, there was no elevator in 2002.

Have been coming here for the better part of 15yrs and this is always my go to spot. Excellent price point, great location, 24/7 staff, good and quick service. Their breakfast is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Beds are comfortable.

The hotel is located in the historic old town and has a lovely restaurant downstairs. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Rooms are were comfortable, relatively spacious with good showers and bathroom facilities. Prices were also reasonable. Don't be surprised if you get woken up by the Toruń town hall clock though! Beautiful hotel just steps from the main square. Easy check-in with parking right out front (for a small fee). The rooms are cost and we'll maintained. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but that's all there is to complain about. Highly recommended.

Three star hotel with the service level of four stars! Great, kind and helpful staff, clean big rooms with comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and the Toshiba toilet. The only small con is the opposite church :) so if you really want to enjoy your sleep, do not sleep anywhere in the city center. Churches everywhere... A bit dated, but provided everything we needed at a great price. Located within short walking distance of both the New and Old Town Squares, it was clean, friendly, and comfortable. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

One of the best hotels I've been to in Poland. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable! Great saunas included in the price which is wonderful too. Breakfast was best I've seen in Poland as well. Only downside is the absolute lack of outlets in the room. Makes it hard to charge phone next to bed, etc

Excellent in general, although room size is relatively small. The staff is great, facility is perfectly clean. They provide private monitored parking for additional cost. The highlight is breakfast. In addition to generous gourmet buffet, you are served by two chefs which create amazing omelette or Benedict eggs for you.

Lovely hotel with tons of character in the town. The old staircases are narrow so take a rucksack if you can. Breakfast is astoundingly good, a buffet breakfast with fresh fish, breads, and cheeses in the cellar.

Restaurant. Nice setting, friendly service, excellent wine selection. No vegan options. The food was a bit too sweet, lack of freshness. Delicious borscht.

It's a very nice hotel run by a family. I have been there twice and it is very nice. Food is very good and the staff is very friendly! Hotel rooms are nice and clean as well. And near it's a river with a nice view. I recommend choosing this hotel!

It's clean, but battered hotel. It's decorated with old furniture, massive curtains and chandeliers, that's covering some unfixed damages done over the years.

Stayed during visit in Torun and to be honest I am rather satisfied. The staff was nice, breakfast was really good, the one thing which in my opinion needs to be improved is the rooms, surely worth considering is a renovation. Besides that it was really OK.

Very nice place to stay close to the old town. Service is good and rooms are nice. It all looks a bit old fashioned, but don't let that fool you. One downside is that if you're on the top floor you have to climb 4 stairs. Air-conditioning made the room on these hot days nice and cool.

Awesome location, not too noisy, but in old town. Mini spa is great for a quick relaxation! Breakfast was also very good. Our room was slightly outdated, but bathroom was like brand new. Building itself seems to be from inside like from medieval times, we liked it and recommend for its price!

Hotel is located in the Old Town. We have booked a night with breakfast for reasonable money. Breakfast was very good. Service very kind. Bathroom old but for this price do not expect luxury. Room and bed were Ok but remember you sleep in tourist area. Even on Sunday with closed window it was very loud.

The hotel is in a beautiful location: on one side the close rynek (main square), on the other side the Wisła river; I've been for a weekend only and find out that insulation ain't good enough to keep out sounds and cold from the street. Last night the cleaning lady tried to come inside despise of NOT DISTURB advice off the door. Service is clear and nice.
