Nice service, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi - very enjoyable. Breakfast with lots of food, very tasty.

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

Pension on the sidelines and thus peace and quiet, wonderful views. Room neat czusty. The hosts very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Older building on the outskirts of the city, well-kept rooms with TV and bathroom. I was looking for accommodation for one night without a reservation, the Lord assumed in advance that I could not afford him and he is not Caritas, in the background you could still hear "just remember that it is more expensive for one night", if I was not tired I would simply turn and went out.

We spent a very nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are small but very pleasant. The food (breakfasts) was delicious! Huge variability, homemade spreads, amazing eggs. Every day there was something new. Evening bar menu was sufficient, we were given a very good mojito and pina colada. Only the wellness had some problems. The jacusi was not hot enough in the afternoon. Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Cracking views. Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Slopes look great for skiing. Also the food was lovely. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does. Top bloke.

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

Overall experience was good. The hotel needs some slight refurbishments but overall I had a nice room. Kudos for the water fountain in the corridor outside of the rooms.

I always use this hotel when I am travelling with my family. It's clean, they have family rooms-that's a huge advantage. Nice breakfast, not a lot of dishes but it was really tasty and fresh. Good service and I love Fiat 126p in lobby :)

I've stayed in this hotel for one night. Excellent standard and real good value for money, good restaurant too. The hotel was nearly empty when I've been there. It is a bit far out of the city center, yet.

We went to this hotel for a classtrip and it was over all very nice. We had the room 1 that was pretty spacious even for 3 people. Only the bathroom/shower was a bit small. The food was ok and the breakfast buffet was basic but good. The best part was the hotels cat, named Luschka i believe. Such an affectionate little fluffball. The hotel has immaculate rooms, accommodating staff, and a fantastic restaurant. I could not ask for anything more. Quiet room, showed with excellent water pressure and hot. If you are visiting the Auschwitz concentration camp, this is a great hotel to stay at.

Perfect stay. I’ve been there for around 5 days. The employees are very kind and helpful. The whole hotel atmosphere was very pleasant and somewhat luxurious. The room was very nice and had everything a person might need. The spa was amazing just like the massage!

Just awesome 👌🏾. Beautiful town with lovely places to walk. If you don't feel like a 3 hour return journey from Krakow, then this is the perfect solution. Restaurants, rooms and spa amenities are brilliant 👏🏽.
