Nice service, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi - very enjoyable. Breakfast with lots of food, very tasty.

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

Pension on the sidelines and thus peace and quiet, wonderful views. Room neat czusty. The hosts very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Older building on the outskirts of the city, well-kept rooms with TV and bathroom. I was looking for accommodation for one night without a reservation, the Lord assumed in advance that I could not afford him and he is not Caritas, in the background you could still hear "just remember that it is more expensive for one night", if I was not tired I would simply turn and went out.

However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

I was surprised by the overall stay in the hotel, very well prepared for visiting families with children- children's playroom, children's pool, children's outdoor playground, animation program for children every day of the week. We spent a very nice stay in this hotel. Rooms are small but very pleasant. The food (breakfasts) was delicious! Huge variability, homemade spreads, amazing eggs. Every day there was something new. Friendly staff, great pools (indoor and outdoor). Cracking views. Visited at the end of the summer season. Would come again both in summer and winter. Slopes look great for skiing. Also the food was lovely. Great chef, really accommodating and proud of what he does. Top bloke.

The greatest in this hotel is food and The Cook with kitchen staff. They accept nutrition challenges and prepare the food so everyone is satisfied.

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

Rooms are very tidy and beautiful, there is a lot of space. Food was great, drinks are also available during dinner. We took our dog with us with no problem. Good location to start a trip to the mountains. The staff (mainly in the restaurant) was very friendly. Very good value for money.

Nice place to stay, very nice personal and cleaning ladies. been there for 5 nights, and it was all good. Standard room is very nice and clean. The hotel is located a bit off the beaten track but it is rather an advantage because it is peace and quiet. 20 minutes walk to the center. Room clean and comfortable, equipped with a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is even a tablet at my disposal, which surprised me positively. Good WiFi signal. Very nice hotel. The new rooms were really pretty - it's worth the upgrade. Breakfasts were nice. Dinner were ok but sometimes not really our taste. Everything was clean. But you could see that there was reconstruction few years back. Some things were still old - the billiard, pink ponk table. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the price.

WiFi doesn't reach our room unfortunately, and the food selection isn't the best at breakfast, but overall this is a good hotel to stay at :)

The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. Wonderful stay. Staff all very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests happy. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel with kind personal for families. It's perfect as for the kinds as for their parents. Only disadvantage is that jacuzzi is too small 🙈😀
