We arrived on All Saints Day last November and Zakopane was replete with visitors from the globe.
Driving a rental vehicle, the best part was free parking and the breakfast buffet included with the room.
Visiting this town at the foot of the Tatra mountains seems to be right of passage for all the Polish citizens and understandably so, with the air of enchantment surrounding the hotel.
Our experience was perfect for the five days we enjoyed at Aries Hotel & Spa.
Agata the hostess at the scrumptious breakfast buffet, was exceptionally helpful explaining how to best enjoy the crepes and other tasty foods, all fantastic.
Lawrence at the concierge desk located and delivered my cell phone to the room after I absently mindedly left it in the gym, something we were so grateful to him for. Thank you Lawrence.
The Halka fine dining restaurant was excellent.
Spa facilities complete the outstanding experience at this well run location.
Don't forget to enjoy the Zakopane Thermal Aquapark, a real treat if you enjoy swimming.
Regrets for taking so long to write this review, consider yourself blessed to enjoy all this town and hotel have to offer.

This is the best Hotel experience I have ever had. Very comfortable rooms where every detail is mountain styled, that makes you feel you are sleeping in a wood cabin up in the mountains. So cozy!!!!!
The breakfast is a excellent buffet, even with honey directly from the bee keeper. The staff had a very high standard of service, the highest I've had experienced.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Aries - and it is the most unique, eye-for-detail hotel we’ve stayed at ever. Beautiful rooms, breakfast extravaganza, calming spa - just perfect.
What will stick with us longer than the hotel itself is the professional, charming, always smiling, always helpful staff. From Kasia’s welcoming smile and nature in the reception, to the waitresses in the restaurant who all did more than could be expected. Thanks for taking so good care of your guests everybody - well done!

Hotel was exceptional as was the service. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. Pani Agata was pleasant, smiley and very helpful. The concierge helped us arranged a driver to the Dunajiec river ride. He gave great suggestions. Our driver, pan Robert was knowledgeable and informative. The pool, saunas and cold tub were a great way to relax. Location is great. Walking access to many local attractions. This was our second time and this hotel and look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location. We received a free upgrade 😁 Staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms have aircon which is a good feature! Parking is easy and good that it is included in the room rate. Pool and hot tubs were really nice and the breakfast was excellent so much choice! We also had the couples treatment in the spa which was so relaxing and the staff were also really Nice in there. We stay in zakopane regularly and we can’t wait to return!

What an amazing venue! We celebrated our daughter’s wedding here - and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They went all out to accommodate us - food, service, rooms etc were faultless. Cannot recommend more highly. Zakapane is a busy, picturesque town with lots going on. We were there in glorious sunshine but I bet it’s a picture in the snow.
The hotel is extremely child friendly (outdoor play area, indoor soft play and Lego rooms) and dog friendly - what more could you ask for. Definitely visit!!

I had a fantastic massage. It was from a tall man with a beard. Probably the best massage I ever had. A lot of care and an incredible touch. The masseur was truly awesome.
The massage room was poorly ventilated, so it was a bit too hot and I had a bit of a headache afterwards.

We had an incredible time in Zakopane staying at Aries Hotel! The lodge is charming and the amenities were lovely (our son loved the pool and we enjoyed the spa/hot tub area!). The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was everything you could ask for (and more) and we enjoyed a truly delicious dinner at Halka (the service was also incredible - thank you, Natalia!). The hotel is very child-friendly but in a tasteful and subtle manner (there is a wonderful kids' playroom tucked away) - so it well-suits a family vacation or an adults-only getaway. The location is ideal, central to everything in Zakopane, and it was also so convenient to be able to rent ski and snowboarding equipment right on site! Overall, we had a lovely experience.

Such a beautiful and unique hotel. Close to city centre. We’ve stayed there during the weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with both accommodation and hospitality. The breakfast was fantastic and you could choose from various options, there was even a glass of prosecco available which is always a good idea 😁 But the most amazing thing for me was the set up for our dog, who was accompanying us. There was a dog bed, bowls for water and food and even a little treat for him. It just made our day! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is located at the city center of Zakopane. Close to pedestrian zone. It's designed like a chalet and very stylish. The personal is very welcome and attentive. My girlfriend had a birthday and they brought a little present for her. The room is big and comfortable, we had a room with a balcony and a view. The breakfast was delicious with various local cheeses and charcuterie. The spa zone is great also. The fitness room is well equipped and open 27/7.
