I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Aquarion. The location was perfect too. Very friendly and accommodating staff The rooms were a good size,we had a ground floor balcony overlooking the mountains. We made use of the Thermy spa too. The breakfast selection was superb Cannot fault this hotel and I will definitely be returning again.

Very nice room with comfortable bed. The included breakfast had a large variety and was very good. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the train station which is convenient for arrival and departure as well as the bus to morski oko. It’s about 20 minutes to the funicular and the walking street

Very nice, modern and well equipped hotel. Rooms are spacious enough, with all necessary, high quality appliances. Cleanliness of the rooms at the highest level. The hotel staff were super friendly and extremely helpful 🙂 food at the restaurant was delicious. It is possible to buy entrance to the thermal pool at the hotel and go to the pools directly from hotel skipping the lines which is very convenient

This hotel was awesome in every way. The executive suite was huge. There was a long balcony outside with lovely views of the mountainside. The special access to the thermal baths made a big difference and saved a lot of time—no lines. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. we had a lovely time for 2 days. food selection breakfast and dinner was really good. we travel a lot a I can honestly say it was enough variety to choose from. rooms large enough. insulation isnt perfect but thats ok. sauna options also really good. pool was full of kids so not a great place to relax as they are so loud its hard to be around :) but for families its a good place. If you are looking for a quiet resort away from civilization this isnt it. As a matter of fact, if you are looking for a quaint mountain resort, Zakopane is not your town. The hotel is very kid friendly, however the age bracket stops at 6 years old. I came here to take a break from staying in hostels during my three-month backpacking trip and it was the best night ever! They upgraded my room and the view from the balcony into the mountains was beautiful. The gym is well equipped too and when I went there, I had it all to myself. I would definitely stay here again, everything was amazing.

Great location and breakfast in which you have an option to take to go for a small extra amount but the room was old, not like on the photos.

Beautiful rooms at a great price. Great staff, lots of food options and fantastic food included for breakfast and also in the restaurant to offer lunch and dinner. A short walk from the main street, putting the hotel in a quiet area, which helps add to a comfortable sleep. I would be very happy staying here again the next time I'm in Zakopane.

This hotel is lovely ! The staff is so friendly. The rooms are big. It has a jacuzzi and sauna plus small gym. The hotel has an own restaurant where the food is excellent! Service is 5*

Nice property. Walkable to the center. Great, rich breakfast.

The location was great and me and my family were able to walk everywhere easily. It was also quiet and clean. However, there wasn't any AC in the rooms or the hallways so it was pretty warm inside the hotel. We had a 2 room hotel room and we had 3 beds but 2 of them weren't comfortable.

No air conditioning. It was a hot period of time.

Our choice of the hotel was for value and location - and it met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a hotel within a larger. 5star property. We were treated to superior common access and swam and had massages. Breakfast was very large and of high quality. Rooms could be updated, but adequate. Note their is little need for air conditioning..

The wellness centre was good, but lacking mobility I needed help getting out of the jacuzzi. Nothing to hold on to and on my own

In 2019, very nice place this is my second time staying here the place is incredible and the stuff we're very helpful everyone one enjoyed the hotel with an amazing view and its suitable for family.

So welcoming, so friendly and what amazing value! We visited Zakopane in May and our timing was perfect! The apartment we stayed in had amazing views as you can see. We had two rooms, a great living area and a nice little kitchen. Not only was the apartment great but our hosts were amazingly friendly too. The crowning glory was the lovely spa where we had a great massage - just what you needed after...

Such lovely place. Apartment was spacious with quality facilities. The location is quite attractive even the road is kind of long and narrow. I did enjoy the views. Nice spa included was great relief after intense daily climbing in Tatra Mountains. I do recommend.

Could use a dishwasher and definitely a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Otherwise a great spot , good quality apartment, garage available, reception (bit grumpy) and a spa.

A magic place! Zakopane is a beautiful village and Smrekowa Polana Resort is the best place to be. Center is in walking distance, appartments are new and beautiful, the spa is really nice and the personnel very helpful and polite! 5 stars are well earned!
