The hotel is situated in Lusail. The rooms are incredibly spacious and boast superb views. Breakfast is extensive, and the location offers great convenience for exploring. The spa facilities provide stunning sea views. The night view from the rooftop bar is particularly spectacular.

Just an ordinary hotel my colleagues are living there currently. Plus now they are planning to make it a long term accomodation on an yearly basis. So in principle you can't call it a hotel any more.

Helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Good service. Thereis fridge and safe locker. Toiletries are good quality. You get cabs anytime just outside the hotel. ATM and some Indian restaurants nearby. Not much to channels options

The hotel is located on the north side of Doha, very close to the artificial island. It is a certain distance from the airport, museums, etc. There is only a tram nearby, but no subway, and the tram is slow, which means it is inconvenient to take the bus. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful, though a bit dated. The safety lock on the door was also broken, which was a little concerning. It's quite a distance from the subway station, so we had to take an Uber to get there. Interestingly, the subway station itself is right next to a shopping mall.

My recent stay at the Cielo hotel lusail about my stay was good but there is a problem with checking time i have to wait for 25 minutes second in the room coffee machine stuck three is there is problem with tv language as par engineering they deny to change the language only Arabic which is not good

Not the best location but beautiful hotel. Amazing rooms. Comfortable sleep. Friendly staff. Close to convenience stores but far from airport amd downtown. I never had any sleep better than this for sure. The pillows are divine. I don't know if I want to go to doha again because it's too boring. However you must visit the museum of Islamic art

Everything was going well until the rest of my family arrived late on the 16th, around 11:45 pm. The receptionist treated them very rudely and ignored their request to take their belongings to the room. He even made fun of them. Rooms are clean, parking is available under the building; location is in a residential area, security is required upon entry, check-in and check-out procedures are difficult; there is a bad smell in the corridors.

The room was clean and tidy with a lot of space. However, when we checked out, we were told that the coffee spoon was missing, but we didn't use it. In addition, the deposit was not returned when we checked out, but was directly deducted from the account.

The only thing we didn't like was the size of the bedroom. It was way too small. Otherwise, kitchen, dining, and living room were clean with well equipped. Almost everything we need for our stay was provided. Also, cafe & pizza restaurants in the hotel helped us for our comfortable stay.

We were forced to move from West Bay because most hotels in Doha are terrible. First of all, the cleaning is not good enough. The biggest problem is that most of the showers have drainage problems. When you take a shower, the water will flood. Girls with long hair can't wash their hair at all. We checked many hotel reviews and found complaints about this problem. Saraya hotel is a good place for a budgetarian traveller. It is cheap and the location is 15 minites walk to souq waqif and gold souq. The amenities is good and it is clean.

Nice hotel it was comfortable and clean. I had a deluxe room with microwave and washing machine, apparently it was newly refurbished, it was ok but the bathroom was very small and tight. I was on the 2nd floor not a great view of the building next door and I could here the music from one of the night clubs late at night. Parking around that area is a complete nightmare. Its clean...limited on resources. Wi-Fi Internet can be good in some rooms but not others, no restaurant, no coffee makers, pool access is nice, just make sure you get your gear with you. One toilet shared for females and males one shower room too.

I stayed 1 week in this hotel in Feb.19. Was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable and there was a kitchen in the apartment but no cutlery,cups dishes just small kettle and a cup. There was a swimming pool on the roof and 3 sunbeds but 2 were broken. Hope they will change it coz it gives bad image for the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat near the hotel including very nice...

Great hotel to stay at. Staff were friendly except for one. We had a slight bad experience with one of the counter staff who gave a bad attitude when we requested for housekeeping despite having told 5hours earlier. Her reaction was terrible. The hotel should look into proper housekeeping arrangements. Breakfast was acceptable but the menu can be better.
