Excellent hotel. Arrived at 6 am, checked in immediately without any problems. The staff was very friendly and helped with all questions. The sea near the hotel is for locals, swim only in the pool. The overall Customer Service was superb. Everyone is helpful and they greet you when you pass by them. Kaylin made this visit special. I was lucky to meet him last year and was delighted to see him again this year. His service is top notch and is a credit to the Ned. He truly goes above and beyond. Keshman also did a great job.

We had a lovely stay as a family of four. The hotel facilities were of course top notch as expected but the staff are what make the hotel what it is. After spending 24 hours, the room is excellent and all amenities are available. I have a slight reproach for the food. It could be better than what is currently served, taking into account the times and quality of food in the month of Ramadan. In general, it is a beautiful and elegant hotel. Personally, I give it 4 stars out of 5. I recommend it to all visitors. Doha to listen to it

The window looks fancy but isn't great for the experience and also lot of outside noise bothers. Big swimming pool but with open roof which allows dirt and pigeons. Clean hotel room, decent gym.

My only comment is to they need to take a good care of their shower, specially the head shower in the ceiling, as the water flow was not smooth. On the royal breakfast buffet they could have done better on the coffee, freshly brewed maybe!

Nice rooms , neat and clean, as well as the toilet with everything set, such as the bath towels , face towel, brush, shampoos, and all of that. I wouldn't say that the hotel is the best in class but not the worst either. It maintains the standard, and you'll be fine with everything.

You need to take a car to get in and out. Fortunately, taxis in Doha are not expensive. Because it is close to the art museum I want to visit and it also includes a dinner for two, I chose it. There are not many "selected" hotels in the world, so it is considered an extra one.

Beautiful hotel with nice staff. However the three restaurants for a week can get a bit repetitive if having 3 meals a day.

Me, my wife and daughter had wonderful time at this Hotel. We could use Swimming Pool for free and Sauna too. Restaurant at this Hotel had delicious Foods. Staffs were really supportive and friendly. Everything you need for a good night's rest on a long transit. Look for Hermes and Dior, there's a lift between those stores that takes you right up to reception.

The welcome we received was terrible and disrespectful, specifically from the Indian staff at the front desk.

Although prohibitively expensive, the Oryx Airport Hotel allows for one to be able to rest in between flights at the Hamad International Airport in Doha. It is a proper hotel room with all the required amenities, and is located post-security in the transit zone, making it extremely convenient when going to one’s gate after resting.

We had a great experience at the Oryx's hotel it is very luxury hotel at the transit zone Our connection flight was after 20 hours and we were flying with Qatar airways from Los Angeles to Doha for 16 hours so it was convenient to stay at the hotel and get some rest

We have arrived early morning, after 8hours of flight we are so tired. I do understand that hotel has their own rules for check in time, but staffs don’t help us at all even don’t give us one water to drink, and receptionist has their own attitude.

I have pleasant 4 days staycation here. Housekeeping team, Mr Sherrif & Ms Ramchandra really take care my 1022 room well. Ms Rhea and the team from The Silk Road Restaurant doing their best and provide good hospitality throughout my meal time. However, the food taste is not up to my satisfaction, it can be better.
