I had a lovely time in this hotel,I loved the rooms and the view too,the rugs made it easy for my baby to move around. Breakfast was the highlight of our day....so much to eat. It was a very posh hotel that offered many things, but the service was lack luster. The rooms were very picturesque and large as we stayed in the loft suite. I liked the elevators and that technology. The food was okay. Hudson's was horrible as they basically offered all fried foods along with having to make your own drink because it was made correctly. I dont think I'd stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Alwadi Hotel Doha! The proximity to the Souq Waqif is very nice and makes it very convenient if coming to Doha for the first time.

The hotel is very close to the airport, with the sea view outside the window. The scenery is beautiful and the price is not expensive. There are two museums within 500 meters, and there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for dining.

My first trip was so much better in terms of service. It could have been because of EID. But phones were not being answered, bags took forever to come to the room. When we checked out the bost back was behind schedule almost 40 mins and to get car from valet took another 20 mins. Just much slower than our first trip. I still stand behind that they should have a mini mart or a place to purchase things...

The resort had many facilities & activities to do but we were unable to enjoy any because no one from the hotel introduced us to the resort or even explain to us how the ferry timing & booking works

Excellent and quiet but far from the city center

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, decor and cleanliness. There were rooms next to the room for players from a tournament, which caused me some inconvenience.

High cost performance. A little far from the city.

We had an amazing stay at ezdan. The ballroom is very beautiful and so are the rooms. The food is amazing as well. All of our needs were met by excellent service.

The room is not big, but it is fine for a family of four. There is no bedside table between the twin beds, so they can be placed directly together.

This is my 4th time in this hotel. I was impressed this time with the staff's eagerness to overcome my negative comments about the breakfast from my previous stay. The chef himself, Mr.Nizam, made sure that I would have a different experience this time, and he did amazingly. Thank you, Ezdan Hotel, and I will come to you for the 5th and the 6th time.

Very excellent, it is worth living in, and it is close to the desired areas such as Souq Waqif, 7 minutes away, Qatar Mall, 17 minutes away, Crystal, and Al-Maha Island, 20 minutes away. I advise families to live in it, it is very quiet, there is no disturbance. The reception is excellent, it deserves to be given five stars.

I was in transit here. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, with many cafes next door, and the Elan and Mandarin Oriental are all nearby. The hotel is great. I arrived at 10 a.m. and checked in immediately, knowing checkout would be midnight. The room was clean and beautiful, with a great view. The hotel spa is a must! Highly recommended. The location is good and the facilities are good. All the staff were nice. I don't know because I didn't use breakfast, I used a spa, but I was disappointed that men's spa didn't have a jacuzzi.

The standard is good. Their service and hospitality are excellent. The only drawbacks are the cleanliness and fragrance of the bathrooms and rooms. The restaurant offers a modest breakfast and parking is difficult for large cars. The location is excellent.

I stayed here for two nights and was double charged for my booking. They have acknowledged that they double charged me incorrectly. It has now been two weeks since checkout and still haven’t received my refund despite several emails to the manager Shady who has been ignoring my requests. Do not stay at this hotel.

The room was quite spacious and came with two complimentary bottles of mineral water. The interior was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. The service was good, and breakfast offered a wide variety. Early check-in was quite expensive, almost costing as much as booking a full additional night, so it might be more worthwhile to just book an extra night. The location is also good, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

It was a very amazing place to stay

Fairly unfriendly, unsmiling, and disrespectful service all-round. Treated with suspicion as a single man — they must have had bad experiences in the past. Bad view of black windows opposite and narrow alley, despite asking for a decent view. I would not stay here again.

Great location and good value for money. I booked a none smoking room they gave me a smoking room when I asked to change my room they offered an air freshener instead. I had to insist on a none smoking room which they in the end gave to me but then the bathtub drain was blocked. Overall not a great hotel, very old and dated but close to all the touristy places.

I respect all the Laws of each country I visit as I am their guest. However, no-where does it say on this site it's a dry hotel. This should be displayed somewhere before you book, not having to  do a deep search on each hotel in Doha. Secondly, women can only swim at certain times in their pool, even when it a sweltering 48°C. Torch will always be popular and in high demand for other type of travellers...

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great and near the souq which we think is the best part of Doha and the authentic experience. The hotel apartments could use some renovations and upgrades here and there to improve its quality.
