Descent very nice hotel with friendly and very polite staff. Although there was no bouffet for breakfast (because there were little people) they prepared us everything we wanted.

Nice clean hotel. Large rooms with big bathrooms. Great food. The only downside is that it's located across the place that plays loud music until 1am, so if you get the room on that side you may have some trouble going to sleep early.

We held our wedding close by and so booked a large number of rooms here for our guests. We and our guests received excellent service from the staff, and we also hosted a welcome function which was fantastic. Wifi was good and rooms clean and comfortable.

The room is small, simply, but comfortable and clean. The service is very good. The room has included a bathroom (with hairdryer); plasma screen, free Wi-Fi. The rooms functions with magnet key. But before the window isn't dark curtains. The restaurant service is professional and kind.

We had a gorgeous weekend in Premier Aqua and strongly recommend it! The whole place is filled with rest and chill. The thermal water in pools is about 31°C and it's perfect for relaxation. There is hydromassage in pools also. The spa zone includes finnish sauna, russian banya, hammam, salt room and infrared cabin, we enjoyed it. In a word, our stay was AWKWARD. Stayed at the hotel for 4 days under the "Just us" couples package. The check-in process was very cold and to the point. The front desk staff insisted on additional signatures guaranteeing payment since the stay was paid for by another party, and only mentioned in passing where to go for breakfast. No mention of how to access the pool, where to go for the sauna...

While staying there you can access Fruske Terme pools and saunas as well but their own spa and pools were so tranquil (adults only!) Well meant remarks: no shower near sauna, you have to go through the whole welness area. Additionally, some translations into English seem ridiculous (like Lazin source instead of Laza's spring). However, staff extremely well trained, food excellent. Do get rid of plastic flowers in the lobby.

Probably the best and most spacious spa we've been to. The staff is young, friendly and very professional. The whole hotel is very well organized and justifies the slightly higher price. The room was clean, staff was friendly, pool and other common areas were amazing. Food was also delicious. The only reason I put 4/5 is that they dont offer drinking water free of charge in the room. I think this is a necessity, especially in hot summer days.

Everything is really fantastic, and, on top of everything, just 45 minutes from Belgrade. But it's not for everyone's pocket; they are quite expensive.

Great mid range hotel. More suitable for student and pupils. It has a lobby inside, bar and a lot of entertainment. You can play table tennis, table football, pool, darts, playstation. You can play basketball both inside and outside, and you also have gym. Very recommend place.

Great 3 night stay in this modern cozy boutique hotel. Hotel has private parking in the yard. Breakfast was excellent , i suggest to sit in the open garden near fountain. The ambience around hotel is quiet . Bakery, market, pharmacy , bus station everything is just 20.-30 meters away .

There is an independent parking lot, breakfast is good, and it is clean. There is a small restaurant nearby where you can eat. It is very close to the city center. Foreign cities are very small and can easily be visited in half a day. Overall recommended

This riverside restaurant has two section one for tourist companies and one for private dinners. We were there as a group. The food was fairly average with soup, salad and a main of overcooked tough chicken or was it pork , there was a difference of opinion from the group. The dessert was a rich chocolate cake. The service was friendly and efficient.

We had a terrible time checking in, our room smelt of gas so we had to move our luggage out and wait for it to be fixed. They did resolve the problem. The location is an hour walk from the city centre.

Good not good When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The place looks like a palace from the lobby, although rooms are not that awesome, nor are the bathrooms. AC worked like it could not suffer the heat outside but it was only 23 C back then. Clean and modern - this is in the perfect location....I saw a lot of reviews saying it is noisy - I was there for three nights and never found it to be noisy at all. The room was great - the staff were helpful - the location was perfect. It did not disappoint and met or exceeded my expectations continuously.

Located in the city center with convenient transportation, not far from anywhere. The room is relatively large and the breakfast is good!

Next to Freedom Square in the center of Novi Sad, St. Mary's Cathedral and the National Theater can be seen from the room and restaurant. The location is invincible. The room is big and quite nice. Breakfast included, great value.

We were very happy with our stay here. Breakfast at the restaurant was incredible and the person in charge of the restaurant, Milosh, was a delight. Filtered water was available on every floor and in the lobby, the parking area was perfect, it was in a secure gated area, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Recently taken over and renamed. I think rooms are being updated gradually. Unfortunately we were in old rooms and they're in terrible condition. Shutters were broken, wardrobes and storage falling apart. The shower was blocked and the tray filled up after just one shower. The new parts - reception, roof bar - are nice and staff were lovely.

The room is very old, in a historical building, more than 150 years old, with a room named after Princess Xixi! The service attitude is very good and the breakfast is not bad. The location is very good. You can see the main church right outside the door, in the center of the old city. 200 meters away from Chinese restaurant Hong Kong City!

I visited Novi Sad last month and i stayed at Vojvodina Hotel. I liked it so much, because it reflected the city’s history so well! The room was with a great view from the main cathedral and it was amazing! The food is fine, not wow but it was okay! The hotel was so accessible and easy to find! The staff was friendly and helpful! I would recommend to everyone!
