A Truly Wonderful Stay at Panorama Aqualux
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm, smiley welcome by the staff at reception, setting the tone for our entire stay. Every single staff member we encountered had a smile on their face and made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was beautifully presented, with every amenity thoughtfully provided, making us feel right at home.
The hotel is situated in a peaceful area with a stunning view of the Danube River, which added to the charm of our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, which were both top-notch and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city of Novi Sad . The attention to detail and the comfort of the space exceeded our expectations, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time fully. We will definitely be returning to Panorama Aqualux in the future. Highly recommended!

The service attitude is very good but the location is a bit remote

There were no curtains in the room, the street lights were very bright, and the traffic outside the window was so loud that I couldn't sleep well at all. The layout of the room was very depressing and it was difficult to sleep. Bad review! The front desk clerk also had a bad attitude and a sullen face. I've been in Europe for half a month and this is the worst stay experience I've had! I will never choose this hotel again!

The room pictures are photoshopped. The sloping roof is very low, making it very depressing to live in. There is no place to stand against the wall. Request to cancel the order. The waiter disagreed and said you can cancel, but I won't refund the money. A bit of logic. There are many mosquitoes and various small reptiles. I had to upgrade my room. The price difference on Ctrip was 50 yuan, and I was asked to pay 250 yuan on site. It vaguely smells like a money grab. The waiter said that you can't eat in the room. But there are also peanuts, chocolate, soda, beer, and red wine for sale, so you can slap yourself in the face. After drinking a small bottle of red wine, the hotel price was 420 Serbian dollars. The front desk charged 490 Serbian dollars.

It's a little far away from the city, but you can get there in 15 minutes by car. There is a lovely swimming pool right on the Danube River with a sauna. Breakfast is also good, with fruits, milk, etc. Very satisfied

My husband and I were in the Balkans for 3 weeks, never staying in the same place twice and never more than 2 nights in a row... EXCEPT for this place.
It's so wonderful we came back at the end of our trip.
Jacuzzi in the room is a proper one, full size for two people. Great view, great service, yummy breakfast, great room with AC, and the wifi is strong if you decide the beautiful view isn't for you.
Stay here, you won't regret it!

We had a lovely stay in this Hotel. We chose the best room in the hotel with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was decorated nicely with rose petals and candles upon arrival too. The stunning view of the Danube ( Dunav) was great. The hotel deals are very good so go on the website to see what they offer. We got breakfast, dinner, wine, waffles and a massage included. The breakfast was very good. I'd also recommend using the jacuzzi in the garden that was huge and gave great views. Our special thanks goes to the lovely Sladjana at the reception, who was very helpful and she made us feel very welcomed.

This place was amazing. The rooms weee special and clean and the staff were ALWAYS willing to answer questions and make our stay that much more enjoyable. Booked a great room with a River view for less than $65 USD per night. Price included a robust breakfast, personal sauna usage, an amazing riverside hot tub AND beautiful sunsets!! 🌅
