Apartments in Nis

Owner is really polite and nice, room was clean and comfy, kitchen was equipped properly.

This apartment was as described and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything for basic cooking. The water in the bathroom was very hot. Communication with the host was clear and any issues were dealt with quickly. There were plenty of restaurants and shops in easy walking distance as well as a lovely park. I very much appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment and the nice work/eating...

It s a clean, comfortable place for a good price. It s very near to the center of the city. It s a little bit dark during night to walk there alone. There's no room service and no reception. You can only communicate on phone.

When outside are 40°C the rooms on the last floor get pretty hot and the AC can't keep up. There are only 2 rooms on the last floor for families or groups. These 2 rooms have a shared kitchen with a small fridge. You can park at the owners house which is 3 minutes by foot, in a safe neighbourhood with some consulates.

Amazing host. Extremely friendly and helpful. The whole staff are really nice people. The location is perfect, 5min tops walk from the centre of the city. 10/10 would come again as soon as I have the chance.

Amazing rooms which looks very modern, staff was extremely friendly and assistant, the total experience was amazing! Very close to the city center also only a 5 min ride by taxi or bus. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend this hotel 😊👍🏼

Very friendly staffs, rooms are very neat and comfortable, there is no lift so if you have luggage and ur room is on the third floor, it could be a bit of a problem. But otherwise it’s centrally located and has parking as well.

Remarkably nice accommodation, and very reasonably priced; far better than I expected from the photos posted! I'd definitely stay here again if going through Niš. Friendly staff, nice coffee... A great find!

Excellent place, has everything you need for a very affordable price. The location is perfect for hiking. The trail to Mosor (which extends to Trem as well) is 5 minutes away. The bus is also right there so you can take a direct route to Trem from Bojanine vode. A side from from Suva Planina you can also visit Nis, Jelasnicka Klisura and Sicevacka Klisura - all 3 about 15 minutes away by city bus.

Nice place for sleep over on travelling to Greece, Bulgaria or Turkey. Great prices and near city center (400m from main square)

The location of the place is good, it's very close to the city center, but the rooms and the breakfast weren't that good.

A decent room, well located near the city center. The bed was really comfortable. For breakfast we had an omlette, again decent. Free parking and WiFi.

Nice place only 10 min walk from the center. The lovely lady at the reception doesn't speak English but will do anything to help you. The room is comfortable and spacious with an nice, clean bathroom and an a/c. The breakfast was homemade and delicious (try the fried dough). A fridge at the room though, would be welcome. The is also a back yard which serves as a parking. Given the price, it' s a great...

Nice place in a good location. Check-in was fast, the rooms were big and clean. Good TV. The "kitchen" was simply a counter with a sink, but after asking the receptionist (who was very helpful) she brought an all-in-one toaster-oven and stove appliance and put it in our room. The fridge also had an off smell to it. Bathroom was clean and functional, and beds were comfortable. Internet was dodgy at...

The owners' very positive approach and assistance, location within walking distance of the spa park, and value for money. A lot of space is made available. You practically have at your disposal all you might need there.

Very, very satisfied. We stayed only two nights, but will come again . Suitable for longer stay. Close to the park and center. It has all one can need.

Great little apartment near the centre of Nis. The owner is very helpful and gives you a good grounding on where everything is located. Walk to the city wall, shops, restaurants and most of the local historical sites, or catch a taxi (only about 3 Euro). Comfortable bed, kitchen and air-con makes thee apartments good value for money.

Recomended! Good comunication, nice apartments, very good price. Located directly in the city center, few meters from begining of the pedestrian zone. There is exchange window right in front of the entrance, also the grocery and bakery is nearby. Owner is very kind, he explained everything over the city map so we knew where to go. He also offers pickup on the airport after arrival.
