Excellent service at the reception, nice spacious room with a view of the central square and the Nisava River. On the other hand, unless you like loud music, the restaurant-bar in the hotel is not for you

We planned to stay one night but extended our stay. Huge room with huge tv and a 2m wide bed that slept two adults and a toddler super comfortable. nice gym great sauna and lovely massage

Hotel is on best location in city centre, reception staff are very professional, gave us a free room upgrade on arrival. Hotel is spotless clean, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent

The breakfast was really not the best. Limited options and not the best quality products- far from what a 5 star hotel should be but the rest makes out for it!

It is a 4 stars hotel, no pool and limited rooms. The breakfast is limited as there is not much options, lunch and dinner menu is good. The location is perfect, quite area and near from city center

Great service, great location, kind English-speaking staff, loaded mini-bar, wide variety of room service food and drinks to choose from, an even better restaurant with a view to the river and opportunity to sit outside when it's not raining

Located right in the center within walking distance to tourists places. Free parking, room is big but furniture is a bit outdated. Water did not stay hot for long in the shower

Those little breads they serve for breakfast, still warm, are worthy! I had the opportunity to have two breakfasts there, well, I still dream sometimes of eating for breakfast those wonderful buns!

Breakfast is available all day! The service is great. It's quiet. The ambience makes you feel like you could be anywhere in the West. I just ordered a steak and fries. Stay tuned.

The rooms were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I personally did not see anything wrong with the rooms at all. No, they were not luxurious, but they were fine

Sparkly clean, smelled so nice, excellent service! Quiet and safe neighborhood, mall is 2 min walking, center is 15 min walking. Use the curtains! Absolutely amazing!

The hotel is quite good, there is no one at the reception desk almost the whole time, but the people on the adjacent restaurant ( where breakfast is served) are quite helpful Most rooms have a balcony so that's definitely a plus And A/C is so great for Serbian summers :) More on my YouTube channel Lex Universe

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.

There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast

The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good

Rooms are untipical, but very nice with good furniture. Staff and service are great. Maybe it's little problem with parking because its city center and in afternoon hours it is little bit difficult to find parking spot.

The rooms are small but well designed with everything that's needed for a short stay, including a stocked mini bar, safe, TV, robes, etc. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily

I was impressed at how quiet my room (110 facing the back) was when there was loud music outside as well. Overall, very pleasant stay and highly recommended, especially because of all the friendly staff

Directly near restaurants and bars. The lady for the breakfast is great. Depending on when you are there you have great buffet or this nice lady makes you breakfast. Also gluten free bread is very good

It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer

Rooms looks very nice just as whole ambient. The bad thing is wi-fi whitch doesn’t work just as ac. Stuff is very arogant and uncomfortable. I felt really judged by their talk and looks

Recently renovated, it includes modern features such as room door led panels, enabling guests to toggle room status by screen touch (needs cleaning, don't disturb etc). Overall interior looks great and nicely decorated

Very nice hotel, equipped with sauna, gym, 3 swimming pools and a hot tub. My only complaint is that the swimming pools are a bit too shallow, but that's really nitpicking. The rooms are new and tidy and the food is good

That's an important thing, how the guests will feel good also when they see smiling faces. My kids enjoyed also at their indoor playground. Not to forget, my husband and I had the best massage ever here

I stayed here 3 nights with my husband and 2 small kids. There are 3 big pools and 2 or 3 small pools for kids. Staff was very friendly and kept smiling everytime they saw us or any guest

It has indoor and outdoor pool, with a some smaller ones dedicated for children. The outer pool is sufficiently large to have a good swimming exercise. One of very top hotels in the area
