Excellent service at the reception, nice spacious room with a view of the central square and the Nisava River. On the other hand, unless you like loud music, the restaurant-bar in the hotel is not for you

We planned to stay one night but extended our stay. Huge room with huge tv and a 2m wide bed that slept two adults and a toddler super comfortable. nice gym great sauna and lovely massage

Hotel is on best location in city centre, reception staff are very professional, gave us a free room upgrade on arrival. Hotel is spotless clean, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent

Fantastic central location in the heart of the city. The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished. Seems the hotel was very recently renovated and even their standard rooms are very nice

The breakfast was really not the best. Limited options and not the best quality products- far from what a 5 star hotel should be but the rest makes out for it!

The breakfast was also acceptable (generally not the case in Balkans) All this at a very reasonable price

This is an excellent small hotel in the very centre of the town. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful and polite

Last but not least, parking is sorted by the staff (although there is a payment to be made)

The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good

I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk

Sparkly clean, smelled so nice, excellent service! Quiet and safe neighborhood, mall is 2 min walking, center is 15 min walking. Use the curtains! Absolutely amazing!

The hotel is quite good, there is no one at the reception desk almost the whole time, but the people on the adjacent restaurant ( where breakfast is served) are quite helpful Most rooms have a balcony so that's definitely a plus And A/C is so great for Serbian summers :) More on my YouTube channel Lex Universe

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.

There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast

It is a 4 stars hotel, no pool and limited rooms. The breakfast is limited as there is not much options, lunch and dinner menu is good. The location is perfect, quite area and near from city center

A little hotel outside 1.5km from town centre. A nice quiet stop mainly for travellers. Not for truckers. Food and breakfast needs some care, it was not very fresh and services were average.

Located right in the center within walking distance to tourists places. Free parking, room is big but furniture is a bit outdated. Water did not stay hot for long in the shower

Those little breads they serve for breakfast, still warm, are worthy! I had the opportunity to have two breakfasts there, well, I still dream sometimes of eating for breakfast those wonderful buns!

Breakfast is available all day! The service is great. It's quiet. The ambience makes you feel like you could be anywhere in the West. I just ordered a steak and fries. Stay tuned.

Very clean and comfortable. You have breakfast at a cafe near the hotel but the stuff is not really helpful or quick. We waited 40 min.

Great place to stay! We arrived late at night, but our host was super-friendly and assisted even that late hour. The rooms are clean, nice apartment. Some of the rooms have a second floor :D Located in city center.

It was ok, shops and restaurants. Lots of beggers,especially young children. They will pester you all through the walk in this street...which leads to the fortress.

Price is very affordable and for that you get lovely atmosphere, friends and romantic backyard with swimming pool. There were 3 of us (2 adults and one toddler), and we had a room with one double and one single bed

Right next to the road, but it's noisy. The rooms have everything you need and more. Hair dryer, towels, more pillows and blankets, kettle, cups, glasses, refrigerator

The hostel is located just outside the center and can be reached easily by bus from the train station. The whole hostel is very clean but a bit on the small side

There were not many outlets reachable (blocked by a bed for example) so if it becomes crowed you might have to share outlets. The beds were very comfy and modern. The bathroom was also clean and had everything required

There were three of us (grandmother/mother, daughter and granddaughter). The room did not match the description at all. We were not accommodated in the main building, but in new apartments across the road

There was nothing that tired travelers need: no kettle, no cups, no coffee, no tea, no dishes! One chair at the table in the corner, and there were three of us
