Where to stay in Nis

Probably the best hotel in Nish, except for the location which is not close to the city centre and is hard to find.

The Hotel is pretty nice and big. It looks very fancy. People are very friendly. Restaurant is tasty and have very big sized meals for reasonable price. Rooms are good looking, but loud. Ear plugs are recommended for a good sleep.

My experience in this hotel was a mixed bag. Firstly, it is in a very old building and the hotel only occupies third and fourth floors. The whole building isn't a hotel. You can take an elevator to the third floor lobby but if your room is on the fourth floor, you will have to lug your bags up a flight of stairs by yourself as the elevator doesn't go there. Each room has an artwork by a local painter...

I spend my best days here, with my super friends on this lovely place. And sorry but I have to say that this place is not the same without Maja! Maja, if you ever see this, you was been something the best witch me and Lizzy saw in this city. You are the goddess of ArtLoft. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a car park. employees are very friendly. The architectural design of the hotel is very good. You will feel yourself in an art gallery.

Hotel staff was very friendly and flexible about all arrangements. Rooms were perfect (I loved the Room called Tower)! The hotel is 1 min walk from main pedestrian street but it is not on main car street so you have peace and silence to rest enough. It was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to everyone🥰

10/10 would recommend, the staff is extremely nice, always fulfilling your needs, really communicating, the rooms are awesome, it's a great hotel to stay in for one or two days. Would definitely come back

The atmosphere is excellent! The location of the hotel is great - exactly in the city center. The best thing is that you feel like you've been here before:)

Rooms are untipical, but very nice with good furniture. Staff and service are great. Maybe it's little problem with parking because its city center and in afternoon hours it is little bit difficult to find parking spot.

I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful, and amazing the staff are in this hotel. I stayed for 6 days and extended once. I really love this hotel. Directly near restaurants and bars. Nice personnel. The lady for the breakfast is great. Depending on when you are there you have great buffet or this nice lady makes you breakfast. Also gluten free bread is very good. Rooms look great. Bed sleeps fine. Little downside is that some rooms are a bit noisy.

Abosolutely the best hotel in the city in my opinion. The rooms are clean, coming with a remote to control the window, blinds and air conditioning, the beds are comfortable and both the rooms and the hotel itself are absolutely stunning aesthetic-wise.

It's top of the class hotel. I don't know what to commend first: the staff is super-polite,rooms are very clean with everything you need there and breakfast is also great. Keep it up!

I come from Germany and stay there for 1 Night. The Bed was very good!! Also the Worker was very professional. Our Car was in the own Parking spot. The Hotel is 3minutes away from the Highway (Autobahn). the breakfast is varied. I recommend the cheese Börek. that was very delicious! Thank you! We definitely recommend you! I will definitely visit this hotel again on the way back!

We lived in a cute n cozy room with a breath taking view of the mountains. The staff were very warm and hospitable. A great spot if you are keen to avoid the city hustle and bustle.

Horrible food & service. I ordered Greek salad and was given some soggy vegetables from at least 3 days ago. When I complained nothing was done. Unacceptable for 4* hotel! I would avoid by all means.

The hostel is located just outside the center and can be reached easily by bus from the train station. The whole hostel is very clean but a bit on the small side. There were not many outlets reachable (blocked by a bed for example) so if it becomes crowed you might have to share outlets. The beds were very comfy and modern. Great hostel. Dorm rooms and bathrooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable. Reception was friendly and helped us find bus tickets and events to go to.

The hostel rooms are clean, almost in a hospital kind of way. Showers were ok, but there is no kitchen. Staff is good, but when leaving they will ask you to write 5 star review, which I find ethically wrong. Otherwise I liked the place, and will recommend it to others.

Beautiful receptionists little pricy for. They need to either call it my place hotel or best western. Look for my place hotel in poi in GPS. Best western isn't there.

The Hotel facilities are OK. It is a 4 stars hotel, no pool and limited rooms. The breakfast is limited as there is not much options, lunch and dinner menu is good. The location is perfect, quite area and near from city center. But the service is extraordinary, the hospitability is great. Very professional staff, always smiling. Recommended for all.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The shower had some minor flaws: drain was a bit clogged, and the main shower head did not work. Apart from that, all tidy and clean. The French bed for two persons was sufficiently big. The location of the hotel is not in walking distance to supermarkets or restaurants. Enough free parking lots around the hotel.

So and so. Rooms with AC. AC was turned on when we arrived, at 20.30, and it was so cold that we can't warm ourself till morning. Clean bathroom, so and so the roo., and bad towels. Old and very used. You don't do this at a 4 star hotel. Great staff, great food at the restaurant and good parking space.

The hotel is very nice overall, beautiful decoration, nice clean,comfortable rooms, lovely dinner and breakfast. The only kind advice is that the receptionists need to improve their problemsolving skills, they were a bit slow. Other than that everything was great!

Location is nice, pool is small but nice as well. Food options are limited but what is available will be served fast, warm and in decent quality. It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer.

great destination - by the river - 3,5 km walk to down-town; great for running and exploring the city. it is peacfull. very friendly hosts.

Rooms looks very nice just as whole ambient. The bad thing is wi-fi whitch doesn’t work just as ac. Stuff is very arogant and uncomfortable. I felt really judged by their talk and looks. The room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days just as pool ( water was full of grass bugs and it was fuzzy... )

We had great time there and I felt like I was at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they treat us like we are part of the family. The breakfast was amazing and tasty. The hotel looked like brand new and we were surprised to find out it was more than 7 years... I highly recommend to stay there. It was a very clean, big and spacious room. We stopped for a night rest during our 3 days journey and had a really goed sleep and rest. Breakfast was also very good!

Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff helped order in some food (pizza that wasnt great, maybe try something else). Nice rooms, clean modern look. Could use maintenance on small details (loose window sil and toilet flusher getting stuck). Free gated parking. And good breakfast with various choices and good coffee and fresh juice. Recomend

This hotel was beyond anything we could have expected! Milica was wonderful to work with, and she made sure that we felt as welcomed as possible. She went out of her way to pick us up from the airport and even helped us call around for bus schedule times. The breakfast was fresh, home-made Serbian cuisine prepared by Milica’s mother and was absolutely delicious. It is a very nice, quaint hotel close...

We were traveling from Slovakia with car and a trailer with motorbikes, very secure parking was available for us. I was pleased with the comfortable room , delicious breakfast and a welcoming staff. Looking forward the next visit . Thank you.

A little hotel outside 1.5km from town centre. A nice quiet stop mainly for travellers. Not for truckers. Food and breakfast needs some care, it was not very fresh and services were average.

Those little breads they serve for breakfast, still warm, are worthy! I had the opportunity to have two breakfasts there, well, I still dream sometimes of eating for breakfast those wonderful buns!

This is a very modest hotel. for a good price. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I personally did not see anything wrong with the rooms at all. They were fine to me. No, they were not luxurious, but they were fine. If I ever go to Nis again, this is probably where I would stay.

very good price! the hotel has something from an era not existing anymore. IT would be better if the whole hotel was not smelling of tobacco smoke but it is a problem allover Serbia

The breakfast was pretty good. The room is OK. Bear in mind that in Serbia the people are still smoking in all closed spaces, even the rooms... There is a free parking.

Breakfast is available all day! The service is great. It's quiet. The ambience makes you feel like you could be anywhere in the West. I just ordered a steak and fries. Stay tuned.

Petsoni receptionist is very good person, polite. Even all Serbian people are very good, kind hearted, soft spoken. Alhamdullillah we have very good time in qourtain.

We stayed for one night when we were travelling from Turkey to Belgium. We made a reservation on its official website and we got an answer in few minutes. They informed us that check-in was possible at any time. Big and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. safe private parking.

The hotel was a real discovery. Located on the outskirts of the city of Niš, inside it is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was also delicious. A colleague and I took the family room and it was the best of what we met on the way from Moscow to Athens. On the territory there is free parking for cars, there is free wireless internet. From the windows overlooking the old city.
