Hotels in Nis

A family of 3 and two dogs. We highly recommend Nais hotel, clean, very comfortable rooms, good food, potite stuff, good location very close to the high way. And just because we are traveling in summer and the temperature is high, another motivation that made us choose this hotel, is that there is one information written on the hotels website, and that is the swimming pool, but it is not working at...

The restaurant in Nais hotel is our spot on a way to or back from Turkey. The place is nicely located close to the highway but hidden in a green garden with trees, has a nice terrace to eat your meal and has a nicely decorated interior. The food is very tasty and staff proffesional and friendly. We will definitely visit again on out way to Turkey (and probably also on a way back).

Great hotel for an overnight stop on our journey back to UK. Bedrooms immaculate, shower powerful, beds and pillows super comfy, food beautiful staff so helpful and friendly. Stayed on the way out and booked again for 5 weeks later on our way home.

Horrible food & service. I ordered Greek salad and was given some soggy vegetables from at least 3 days ago. When I complained nothing was done. Unacceptable for 4* hotel! I would avoid by all means.

We planned to stay one night but extended our stay. Huge room with huge tv and a 2m wide bed that slept two adults and a toddler super comfortable.nice gym great sauna and lovely massage. The breakfast was really not the best. Limited options and not the best quality products- far from what a 5 star hotel should be but the rest makes out for it!

The rooms were generous in size. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was strong. Also, the breakfast was the best breakfast I had all week - a good selection including perfectly cooked fried eggs. However, many of the surfaces we touched gave us static electric shock. This included the buttons on the lift, the door to our room and any other metal surface in the hotel. This is something...

Hotel is on best location in city centre, reception staff are very professional, gave us a free room upgrade on arrival...Hotel is spotless clean, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent...Need I say more? Would definitely recommend

Fantastic central location in the heart of the city... The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished.... Seems the hotel was very recently renovated and even their standard rooms are very nice. The breakfast was also acceptable (generally not the case in Balkans) All this at a very reasonable price....

Probably the best hotel in town, located on the central square. Unfortunately, several buildings on this square are in need of urgent renovations. Excellent service at the reception, nice spacious room with a view of the central square and the Nisava River. On the other hand, unless you like loud music, the restaurant-bar in the hotel is not for you. Also note that there is no non-smoking section....

A good choice for Nis. I had a great room and slept great. The breakfast was very good.

Realy Good Experiance It was very very good experiance for us, hotel's location is very good evem center of city, our rokm was so good and clean, staff oersons are very kindlfull and helphull, espcially I need to say our sprical thanks to Ms.Angela. I strongly advising this hotel to visitors.

This is an excellent small hotel in the very centre of the town. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful and polite. Last but not least, parking is sorted by the staff (although there is a payment to be made).

Awesome Hotel, breakfast is very good, with meat, vegetables and sweets, very nutritious. Big, clean rooms. Workers are very helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel parking lot is charged, and parking on the side street is free.

The room is spacious and has two beds.

It's a pity that I didn't go to Nis and didn't check out. Please comment for points.

The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

Amazed by the service provided. We had to switch place in the middle of the night. The receptionist greed us and answered all our needs.

Rooms with bits of problema in the bathroom but not so Bad. Comfortable bed. Excellent service. Friendly personnel with a smile on their faces all the time.

We had great time there and I felt like I was at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they treat us like we are part of the family. The breakfast was amazing and tasty. The hotel looked like brand new and we were surprised to find out it was more than 7 years... I highly recommend to stay there. It was a very clean, big and spacious room. We stopped for a night rest during our 3 days journey and had a really goed sleep and rest. Breakfast was also very good!

Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff helped order in some food (pizza that wasnt great, maybe try something else). Nice rooms, clean modern look. Could use maintenance on small details (loose window sil and toilet flusher getting stuck). Free gated parking. And good breakfast with various choices and good coffee and fresh juice. Recomend

This hotel was beyond anything we could have expected! Milica was wonderful to work with, and she made sure that we felt as welcomed as possible. She went out of her way to pick us up from the airport and even helped us call around for bus schedule times. The breakfast was fresh, home-made Serbian cuisine prepared by Milica’s mother and was absolutely delicious. It is a very nice, quaint hotel close...

We were traveling from Slovakia with car and a trailer with motorbikes, very secure parking was available for us. I was pleased with the comfortable room , delicious breakfast and a welcoming staff. Looking forward the next visit . Thank you.

There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. It was basically unusable. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast... Nothing special... .....................

The hotel is quite good, there is no one at the reception desk almost the whole time, but the people on the adjacent restaurant ( where breakfast is served) are quite helpful Most rooms have a balcony so that's definitely a plus And A/C is so great for Serbian summers :) More on my YouTube channel Lex Universe

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.

Awesome room! The best room I have ever stayed in! Classy, sexy, beautiful, without being tacky. Sparkly clean, smelled so nice, excellent service! Quiet and safe neighborhood, mall is 2 min walking, center is 15 min walking. Use the curtains! Absolutely amazing!

Beautiful receptionists little pricy for. They need to either call it my place hotel or best western. Look for my place hotel in poi in GPS. Best western isn't there.

A little hotel outside 1.5km from town centre. A nice quiet stop mainly for travellers. Not for truckers. Food and breakfast needs some care, it was not very fresh and services were average.

Excellent location from all points of view. Well located, close to the highway, this location exceeded my expectations. The chic arrangement, the exemplary cleanliness, the extraordinary breakfast and a very good coffee, all these determine me to recommend it with great pleasure. Wonderful place. My friends and I stayed here for two nights and everything was perfect. The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast was filling. The stay was so kind and went out of their way. The court yard for morning coffee or afternoon drinks is very relaxing. Definitely will return to this hidden gem. It is a great value for money.

Located right in the center within walking distance to tourists places. Polite staff. Free parking, room is big but furniture is a bit outdated. WiFi signal was poor. Water did not stay hot for long in the shower. Very bad smell in the toilet.

Those little breads they serve for breakfast, still warm, are worthy! I had the opportunity to have two breakfasts there, well, I still dream sometimes of eating for breakfast those wonderful buns!

This is a very modest hotel. for a good price. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I personally did not see anything wrong with the rooms at all. They were fine to me. No, they were not luxurious, but they were fine. If I ever go to Nis again, this is probably where I would stay.

very good price! the hotel has something from an era not existing anymore. IT would be better if the whole hotel was not smelling of tobacco smoke but it is a problem allover Serbia

The breakfast was pretty good. The room is OK. Bear in mind that in Serbia the people are still smoking in all closed spaces, even the rooms... There is a free parking.

As we arrived, we had problems with the car. The reception was very kind and swift to offer their help. In less than 10 minutes the manager came to us and was very kind to help us and arrange a meeting for us in an official car service. Other than that, the service was professional and kind. Very clean but not worth the money.

Me and my friend were on a roadtrip with the car from The Netherlands to Turkey this year in August. On the way to Turkey we had some trouble with our car in the middle of night so our car was picked up by a tow service and the driver of the tow truck brought us to Vila Salute at 02:00 in the night. Within 15 minutes we had a room that was really taken care of. Nicely made up beds, towels and everything...

Nice and quiet place. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Vila is a bit away from the city center but if you have a car, it's ok. I would racommand it to you.
