We had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful, they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a nice big apartment. The food was great and delicious. The gym is brand new with tons of equipment and the spa center was awesome, especially the heated outside pool. The location couldn't be better. 10/10!

A hotel which doesn’t provide heating during the summer season even when the temperature gets down to 4-5 degrees during the night surely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. The hotel charges 20 euros per sun-bed if you want to stay by the open pool longer than 2 hours. Parking in the garage 10 euros per day. Drinks and snacks in the mini bar 4 or 5 times more expensive than in the regular shop. Breakfast & dinner delicious, but they offer very limited choice of meals, at least during the summer. Paper-thin walls made sure we heard everyone who walked and talked in the hallway and the room next door. The hotel is definitely not worth the money as they pay more attention to the decoration and esthetics than the basic amenities and guest-experience.

Decided to visit the mountain this summer for a change with the heat wave hitting hard across Europe.
First of all the staff was really pleasant and I dare say amazing. The bartender in the upstairs lounge bar was an absolute delight every afternoon and evening. The lady working at the beauty part of the spa was always super friendly, was on top of every service requested and even gave us some awesome tips for the tours at the national park. Considering they were visibly understaffed for the summer season is the only reason to give them a four star at the moment. While everyone did their absolute best to make us feel welcomed and special. There was one miscommunication situation which was remedied quickly and with special care.
Perfect place to go for the summer getaway from the city, but try to avoid weekend as it gets more crowded then during the week time. Great pool, saunas, spa and really nice food to enjoy at the regular restaurants as the fine dining is closed for the summer season.

I highly recommend staying at Grand Hotel if you're looking for a comfortable and modern accommodation. The rooms are spacious and nicely done, with a great view on the mountains. The hotel also has a wonderful spa & wellness facility that is definitely worth checking out. And if you're looking for great food, be sure to visit The Garden, their à la carte restaurant. With all these amenities, you won't be disappointed!

Impeccable rooms and conference facilities with very luxurious and modern design,kind and professional staff. Various foods at buffet breakfast (literally three kinds of grilled mushrooms, an amazing variety of local and ethnic meats, cheapest and pastry. Perfect service even out of skiing season.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed, despite our high expectations:
-we did not get the room we had booked and they explained to us that there are no standard double rooms with a large bed. It is insulting when you pay and you are lied to in the eyes. They even blamed the booking platform for the mistake.
-the room was cold, and it was 10 degrees outside, it was not possible to change the temperature
-There was some strange and unpleasant smell in the room, which had permeated the bath towels,
-The coffee at breakfast was not good, but you get a good espresso for an extra charge payment,
-Parking for hotel guests is paid, but they obviously try to profit from these extras on the price of the room,
-The biggest disappointment, however, is the behavior of the people at the reception, which was humiliating and insulting to us.
It feels like opening an expensive and shiny chocolate bar and it's old and spoiled.

Hotel is like labyrinth, from garage... but staff was excellent. Good pool, with hot water. Expensive.

Spacious rooms and the bathroom interior especially amazed us. The whole facility concept is like a labyrinth, but that makes the hotel even more interesting :)

Great interior, but staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. You wait for everything. Rooms are small and cold, poor heating. Indoor pool is very stuffy and the smell of chlorine is unbearable.
Instead of redecorating the hotel every year they should focus on the main problems.
