The property was literally a stone away from the city centre. The toilets are clean and the wifi connection was great. Definitely value for money. Last but not least, the host Muhamad, is very friendly and helpful. One of the best host I’ve ever met. He goes out of his way to help you out with anything you need. It was a happy stay for me. This place is a true gem.

Nice hotel. We had a suite for a family of 3. The refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working, no enough trash cans, there wasn't even a trash can in the bathroom! The breakfast was good. Unlike the other guests, I didn't have any problem with the AC. The safety box wasn't working and that's a HUGE downside! We asked them to fix it but they didn't!

Nice hotel. The only remark is on heating in the room, since in my case I was not able to adjust the room temperature. In my case it was too hot in the room.

We had an amazing stay in the Garden Hotel. The staff was so helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is beautiful with an incredible outdoor swimming pool. Lovely breakfast in the garden with lots of fruit trees. The best hotel in town!

The hotel is amazing 😻 , the view is awesome and location is very calm and nice , swimming pool is cool, the most thing which I liked in hotel is the restaurant and cafe view and the way they designed. They offer very testy cappuccino and yummy breakfast including fresh juices 🥤

Excellent foot and service in very nice styled restaurant on 2 levels. Prices are fair even it's upper class restaurant. Not only compering to other restaurants service was outstanding.

Due to border restrictions in Serbia we unfortunately had to cancel our stay at the last minute. The booking should have been non-refundable but the hotel very kindly waived all fees despite the short notice. Will definitely book to stay here next time!

I loved "Hotel Pinocchio" so much that I came back there for a second time! The staff is extraordinarily friendly and they provide very professional service. The best part for me was the swimming pool and the gym. The first time we went there, their presidential suite was free so they were so kind and gave it to us for the price of a lower accommodation! This is a beautiful hotel. It is family owned and operated. A quiet location and s 2 euro taxi ride will get you to city center. The rooms are spacious with city views. My most favourite restaurant in Pristina for more than 15 years. A warm welcome every time, great food, great ambience and great views.

The location was good and the host great with giving us nice insight on the country as well as place to visit. The neighbourhood has a nice museum to visit and it was all walking distance from the city center.

The whole concept of the hotel is exceptional: regionality, sustainability and homemade food from local produce. Our stay was very relaxing and the room was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The food there was excellent and the meze is a must-try! Also very, very friendly and courteous staff! We will definitely come back when we visit Kosovo again.

We stayed as a camper in the hotel garden. Fantastic staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Camper spot comes with electricity and there is somewhere for grey and black waste but we did not need. Pool is charged extra, along with a shower. The shower is unfortunately in a messy and smelly storage room around the side of the hotel, hence the 4 stars, given that it costs an extra €1 per shower

I have now stayed at the Hotel Gracanica on two occasions and I can honestly say it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It is an oasis of tranquility made more so by the staff. Needed a pet friendly hotel due to traveling with a dog everywhere I go, found this place through Expedia and wasn’t disappointed. It may be a bit from the downtown area, but for someone like me who grew up in rural areas, this was a perfect spot to get to where I needed and to avoid major city traffic congestion. Also, you can just take a taxi for 5-6€ to get downtown and leave the driving hassle...

We stayed one night. The parking is a controlled underground garage so we could leave some luggage in our car without fear of it being stolen. Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extemely helpful and friendly.

The service is usually supportive, especially the reception, but at the restaurant you may face staff that is just annoyed if you need something. Fantastic room, more like a suite, with a great view over the city, which would be three times the price in any other place. Lovely staff, great location, really comfy bed and amazing bathroom....I loved this place. One of the staff will pick you up and run you back to the airport if you request that, much cheaper than the standard taxis. what's not to like?

Considering similar accommodation availabilities in the city Hotel Begolli is a nice option to pick. The room was bigger than a couple would need. Pro's: Good location, 10 minutes walk to the city centre, big rooms, comfortable bed. Most important, the staff was super helpful and kind! We were not really sure how to get to Podgorica but they have helped us a lot! They even gave us two big croissants...

They have a very nice team of staff. They are always ready to help. It is a very clean hotel. The bathrooms are renovated and are very elegant. The decoration of the rooms are vintage but not old. Only problem with the hotel is the location. Although it is not very far away feım the center, the surroundings are a bit underdeveloped. Nothing to worry about safety though.

Pleasant hotel in a very convenient location. Short walk to museums and the other minor attractions of Pristina. Rooms are a bit dated and the decor is a bit odd with lots of frills and gold paint. But the staff is pleasant, breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.

Room was nice, simple but clean. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was simple but the fresh bread and coffee were good. The main issue was our bathroom where there was no shower curtain and more a "wet room" which meant it flooded whenever someone showered! Probably one of the better hotels in the old section of Pristina though. Also good to have a supermarket so close by.

If your using the map in Bradt's kosovo, you're going the wrong way. Both Begolli and Sara are marked wrong. Turn right into Linhia e prizrenit from konushevci, them first left.

The staff were extremely friendly, they couldn't help me enough. Aswell as running the hotel, they also run the restaurant. Anything I needed they could help. Rooms were extremely spacious with plenty of facilities. A 10 minute walk to the centre is perfect, although on the way back it is uphill!

Really are not bad quaint little hotel. But if you're ever at the front desk don't expect to find anybody there lol The staff was also amazing and they actually work in the restaurant down the driveway as well. Good food

For the price, the location, and excellent customer service, I highly suggest the Denis Hotel. The room is huge, the bed, bathroom, and everything else was clean. Bed was comfy, sheets and pillow cases were clean, and bathroom was spotless. Walking to the city center takes around 20 minutes, which isn’t bad. If your lazy, take a taxi for $2 US. Room comes with refrigerator, which is awesome. Also...

Hotel is still unfinished and it may scare you from the outside a little, but the inside of the building is ok. Receptionists speak English enough to communicate, which is very helpful. My room was very big and clean although some things already need some reparations.

We had such a pleasant stay at Denis, who took care of us all the way through. The hotel is very new and clean, I am genuinely surprised at the high service level by the young lady and the owner and all its personnel including the cleaning lady and the receptionist/nightwatch. House with approx. 15 beds. Anyone traveling by car will appreciate the 24-hour gas station and guarded parking lot. A place to stay, the center can be reached in 5 minutes by taxi.

Just the location & the staff are the best. The rest is less than 2 stars including the breakfast I was told that the breakfast will start after 8 a clock not convinient if you are for work there. Not so clean
