50 mt from the city center, clean, safe and comfortable.

At first it was not easy to find the suite. It is necessary to contact the host first and this was not easy for us because we did not have mobile internet and Kosovo roaming. But when we connected, the host was very nice, we met in a short time and he led us to the apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Everything was humble and decent. Additionally, there was no problem with the WiFi during our stay.

We stayed one night. The parking is a controlled underground garage so we could leave some luggage in our car without fear of it being stolen. Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extemely helpful and friendly.

The rooms are ok, quite small but in a better state than rooms at most hotels you'll find around the center of Pristina. The service is usually supportive, especially the reception, but at the restaurant you may face staff that is just annoyed if you need something. Rooms were ok, not very well cleaned. Service at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, the location for the short visit is too far away from the center.

Really helpful staff, available even in really late night (around 2 a.m.). Rooms and hotel itself is really luxurious, breakfast are fantastic. For Europeans quality 5*.

Only 15 walk from the centre of Pristina, i cannot find any faults with my stay at the hotel. I was able to get boarding cards printed and taxis arranged whenever i needed one. I would definitely use this hotel again

Affordable and friendly, rarely crowded, which happened to be the case on the first day of my stay. On the second, when the crowd was gone, it was possible to change into a non-smoking room with a huge bed. Pity, the hairdryer did not work and no socket was available in the bathroom. The whole concept of the hotel is exceptional: regionality, sustainability and homemade food from local produce. Our stay was very relaxing and the room was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The food there was excellent and the meze is a must-try! Also very, very friendly and courteous staff! We will definitely come back when we visit Kosovo again.

We stayed as a camper in the hotel garden. Fantastic staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Camper spot comes with electricity and there is somewhere for grey and black waste but we did not need. Pool is charged extra, along with a shower. The shower is unfortunately in a messy and smelly storage room around the side of the hotel, hence the 4 stars, given that it costs an extra €1 per shower

I have now stayed at the Hotel Gracanica on two occasions and I can honestly say it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It is an oasis of tranquility made more so by the staff. Needed a pet friendly hotel due to traveling with a dog everywhere I go, found this place through Expedia and wasn’t disappointed. It may be a bit from the downtown area, but for someone like me who grew up in rural areas, this was a perfect spot to get to where I needed and to avoid major city traffic congestion. Also, you can just take a taxi for 5-6€ to get downtown and leave the driving hassle...

The only wrong about that hotel is that we stayed only for one night .Our room was at the 6th floor and the view of Pristina was amazing!

Nice hotel. We had a suite for a family of 3. The refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working, no enough trash cans, there wasn't even a trash can in the bathroom! The breakfast was good. Unlike the other guests, I didn't have any problem with the AC. The safety box wasn't working and that's a HUGE downside! We asked them to fix it but they didn't!

Nice hotel. The only remark is on heating in the room, since in my case I was not able to adjust the room temperature. In my case it was too hot in the room.

The staff were extremely friendly, they couldn't help me enough. Aswell as running the hotel, they also run the restaurant. Anything I needed they could help. Rooms were extremely spacious with plenty of facilities. A 10 minute walk to the centre is perfect, although on the way back it is uphill!

For the price, the location, and excellent customer service, I highly suggest the Denis Hotel. The room is huge, the bed, bathroom, and everything else was clean. Hotel is still unfinished and it may scare you from the outside a little, but the inside of the building is ok. Receptionists speak English enough to communicate, which is very helpful. My room was very big and clean although some things already need some reparations.

Due to border restrictions in Serbia we unfortunately had to cancel our stay at the last minute. The booking should have been non-refundable but the hotel very kindly waived all fees despite the short notice. Will definitely book to stay here next time!

I loved "Hotel Pinocchio" so much that I came back there for a second time! The staff is extraordinarily friendly and they provide very professional service. The best part for me was the swimming pool and the gym. The first time we went there, their presidential suite was free so they were so kind and gave it to us for the price of a lower accommodation! I definitely recommend going there!

The location was good and the host great with giving us nice insight on the country as well as place to visit. The neighbourhood has a nice museum to visit and it was all walking distance from the city center.

The Hotel has definitely too many stars for what it gives. The room didnt really loon like the pictures. The old and red window curtains gave the room a dark and weird look. Their was only one half toilet role. only 2 big towels for shower but no face towel and the shower(jacuzzy) was not really clean which is something we ideally expect from a hotel with such stars! the staff however was friendly...

Considering similar accommodation availabilities in the city Hotel Begolli is a nice option to pick. The room was bigger than a couple would need. Pro's: Good location, 10 minutes walk to the city centre, big rooms, comfortable bed. Most important, the staff was super helpful and kind! We were not really sure how to get to Podgorica but they have helped us a lot! They even gave us two big croissants...

They have a very nice team of staff. They are always ready to help. It is a very clean hotel. The bathrooms are renovated and are very elegant. The decoration of the rooms are vintage but not old. Only problem with the hotel is the location. Although it is not very far away feım the center, the surroundings are a bit underdeveloped. Nothing to worry about safety though.
