Stunning, they offered 3 types of saunas , robes , refreshments and fruit. My only gripe was the gps bought us to the front part of the hotel , where the was only foot access , so arrive from the back street of the hotel

the hotel is not ideal, not clean, it had some bugs in restroom, and they are falling down from ceiling.

spent the night with my family and it was good. Comfortable mattress nice room with a/c. a very good breakfast in the nice garden and a very friendly staff. quite close to the center by walk (10 min)

The location is alright, just a short walk to the center, and a short cab to the bus station or wherever you might need to go

The best hotel in Kosovo! Antigona is soooo nice and kind. She is taking care of guests as if they were from family! If I'll ever come back I will definitely stay in Town! Kisses and FALEMINDERIT!

But they have a beautiful courtyard with comfortable chairs and very beautiful flowers, where we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny morning. The breakfast was included and it was very good

Good rooms, nice downstairs terrace. Wifi doesn't always work and dry cleaning is not included in your stay (possible, but additional fee).

We had a short stay but the staff is very friendly and flexible. The toilet was totally small, you could not even sit right

The whole hotel its renovated from the beginning. I stayed for a night and the conditions were perfect, everything clean, perfect, very warm, with sauna, gym and you could attend the swimming pool during all the time

Im really shocked in the pictures that Im looking, in reality you shouldn't be based in the pictures or the reviews because they are old and they have nothing to do with the actual conditions that the hotel has now

However, the swimming pool is essentially in a greenhouse on the top and the air temperature was in the mid-40's when we arrived. this needs some shading to be useable in summer. Overall, a nice place for a short stay

A nice hotel in a good location although access by road can be complicated due to road works etc. The rooms are nice and everything worked as it should. The staff were very good and the breakfast was enjoyable

Honestly, it’s a little more expensive than the average Kosovar hotel (yet not as expensive as a Western Europe hotel), but the amazing extra value you get is worth every euro. Delicious restaurant, good breakfast

Very clean rooms, with a great view. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. If you want a care-free stay, book it. It’s really not that far from the centre (and downhill going there). The wellness is as it should be

It is family owned and operated. A quiet location and s 2 euro taxi ride will get you to city center. The rooms are spacious with city views. Breakfast is typically European and they make excellent omelets

Due to border restrictions in Serbia we unfortunately had to cancel our stay at the last minute. The booking should have been non-refundable but the hotel very kindly waived all fees despite the short notice

There are a couple of apartments for long stays. The restaurant has a 5 star chef that deserves recognition. The management and staff speak English and Albanian. There is a banquet room for larger parties

The location was good and the host great with giving us nice insight on the country as well as place to visit. The neighbourhood has a nice museum to visit and it was all walking distance from the city center.

There are no many good hotels in Pristina so this one is considered to be a good one. Location was a bit complicated to find by car. Rooms are clean, somehow furnished

Food is not really good - simple salads or yogurts for breakfast

Supermarkets, bakeries, laundry service shops and all sorts of stores are easily reachable on foot, the city centre with its wide range of bars and restaurants is just a short walk away

Spent 2 nights there, the location is really close to the historical center of Prishtina. Rooms are OK, functional, good beds. Nice breakfast and very good reception service but a very small and slow lift

I am staying at this hotel for 51 nights, I am on day 6 and so far the staff has been nothing but excellent and welcoming! Wonderful service day and night, all needs are met as quickly as possible (best example: I asked for shoe polish one morning - which they didn't have at that moment - and when I returned from work later that day they got it for me - all brand new, fresh from the store!) Breakfast buffet is fresh and offers a range of food for every taste. The fitness room has everything you need to keep yourself in shape. All in all the most recommendable hotel in the city

The Minibar is usually empty but is not really needed as the hotel bar has a range of drinks and local beer with varying but affordable prices

Although it is not very far away feım the center, the surroundings are a bit underdeveloped. Nothing to worry about safety though

They have a very nice team of staff. They are always ready to help. The bathrooms are renovated and are very elegant. The decoration of the rooms are vintage but not old. Only problem with the hotel is the location

Pleasant hotel in a very convenient location. Short walk to museums and the other minor attractions of Pristina. Rooms are a bit dated and the decor is a bit odd with lots of frills and gold paint

Most important, the staff was super helpful and kind! We were not really sure how to get to Podgorica but they have helped us a lot! They even gave us two big croissants instead of the breakfast we missed :) Con's: The room has missing items which could be completed easily

The Hotel is often used for meetings, seminars, workshops by different organizations and institutions. The Conference room has very good wireless internet and good beamer

A 10 minute walk to the centre is perfect, although on the way back it is uphill!

Bed was comfy, sheets and pillow cases were clean, and bathroom was spotless. Walking to the city center takes around 20 minutes, which isn’t bad. If your lazy, take a taxi for $2 US

Really are not bad quaint little hotel. But if you're ever at the front desk don't expect to find anybody there lol The staff was also amazing and they actually work in the restaurant down the driveway as well. Good food

The breakfast is delicious and you have the chance to have it prepared as you wish. The internet connection is satisfactory. If you are bored in the evenings or any time, you can have a nice chat with the employees

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. The neighborhood may not look very safe, but it is even at night. Also very close to the city center. And the hotel has free parking.

I can't comment on the location as I haven't been able to stay in the city much. The hotel has a car park and has wonderful staff and managers who help you with your vehicle without any hassle

They can help you unlimitedly about the city, the country or any subject, they are very polite and helpful. Moreover, they can speak many languages, there is no possibility of not getting along

Everything in the city can easily be reached by a short walk. The WiFi is strong and the towels soft. I couldn't make the hot water work but stayed in summer when it was very hot anyways

The property was literally a stone away from the city centre. The toilets are clean and the wifi connection was great. Last but not least, the host Muhamad, is very friendly and helpful
