Warm ambient and friendly staff. Definately worth the stay.

spent the night with my family and it was good. Comfortable mattress nice room with a/c. a very good breakfast in the nice garden and a very friendly staff. quite close to the center by walk (10 min)

The best hotel in Kosovo! Antigona is soooo nice and kind. She is taking care of guests as if they were from family! If I'll ever come back I will definitely stay in Town! Kisses and FALEMINDERIT!

But they have a beautiful courtyard with comfortable chairs and very beautiful flowers, where we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny morning. The breakfast was included and it was very good

Good rooms, nice downstairs terrace. Wifi doesn't always work and dry cleaning is not included in your stay (possible, but additional fee).

This hotel came through for me in a crunch when my reservations at another hotel in the city fell through. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The water was hot, the wifi good, and breakfast was delicious

We had a short stay but the staff is very friendly and flexible. The toilet was totally small, you could not even sit right

Honestly, it’s a little more expensive than the average Kosovar hotel (yet not as expensive as a Western Europe hotel), but the amazing extra value you get is worth every euro. Delicious restaurant, good breakfast

It is family owned and operated. A quiet location and s 2 euro taxi ride will get you to city center. The rooms are spacious with city views. Breakfast is typically European and they make excellent omelets

Excellent foot and service in very nice styled restaurant on 2 levels. Prices are fair even it's upper class restaurant. Not only compering to other restaurants service was outstanding.

The location was good and the host great with giving us nice insight on the country as well as place to visit. The neighbourhood has a nice museum to visit and it was all walking distance from the city center.

A nice hotel in a good location although access by road can be complicated due to road works etc. The rooms are nice and everything worked as it should. The staff were very good and the breakfast was enjoyable

The whole hotel its renovated from the beginning. I stayed for a night and the conditions were perfect, everything clean, perfect, very warm, with sauna, gym and you could attend the swimming pool during all the time

Im really shocked in the pictures that Im looking, in reality you shouldn't be based in the pictures or the reviews because they are old and they have nothing to do with the actual conditions that the hotel has now

Staff very polite and helpful for whatever issue you might have. Excellent variety at the buffet for breakfast also omelette made as par your choice with good bread choice. Plenty of nuts and seeds for vegans

Excellent SPA, convenient parking and tasty food in restaurant. Sufficient elevators and good bar service. Low noise from adjacent rooms and windows can be opened

The bar on the ground floor is open 24/7 whereas the terrace is open till midnight offering all kind of coffees, soft drinks, alcohol drinks but also homemade cakes and chocolates! One of the best restaurants in Pristina is on the top floor

I came first time when the hotel was opened and since then they have expanded but the "old" part of the hotel is in the same shape as new part. Excellent rooms, perfectly clean

A good choice for business travelers. Located couple of km from downtown Priština. The staff is helpful and decent, if a bit. Everyone speaks decent english, rooms are clean and well equipped

It is definitely the best I have experienced in Prishtina. Location outside the centre was the only disadvantage.

Stunning, they offered 3 types of saunas , robes , refreshments and fruit. My only gripe was the gps bought us to the front part of the hotel , where the was only foot access , so arrive from the back street of the hotel

We had a suite for a family of 3. The refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working, no enough trash cans, there wasn't even a trash can in the bathroom! The breakfast was good
