Nice hotel. We had a suite for a family of 3. The refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working, no enough trash cans, there wasn't even a trash can in the bathroom! The breakfast was good. Unlike the other guests, I didn't have any problem with the AC. The safety box wasn't working and that's a HUGE downside! We asked them to fix it but they didn't!

This is a 5 star hotel, worthy of every star. With 3 restaurants on board, pools indoor and outdoor, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Everything screems high end and class. It's great place to even just chill. In close vicinity is gas station and burger King and a small mall center. Every room is with dedicated WiFi router where you can connect on the cable. Been there a few times. Friendly and professional staff. Restaurant and bar serve great food and drinks. Spa/gym/pool - spacious and clean. Breakfast quality and quantity is good as well. variety of cheese, cold cuts, fresh veggies and different breads. Plus, fresh omelettes! I highly recommend this place for business and leisure, just keep in mind that the city centre is not in walking distance.

We had a short stay but the staff is very friendly and flexible. The toilet was totally small, you could not even sit right. But they have a beautiful courtyard with comfortable chairs and very beautiful flowers, where we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny morning. The breakfast was included and it was very good.

This hotel came through for me in a crunch when my reservations at another hotel in the city fell through. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The water was hot, the wifi good, and breakfast was delicious. The location is alright, just a short walk to the center, and a short cab to the bus station or wherever you might need to go.

Due to border restrictions in Serbia we unfortunately had to cancel our stay at the last minute. The booking should have been non-refundable but the hotel very kindly waived all fees despite the short notice. Will definitely book to stay here next time!

I loved "Hotel Pinocchio" so much that I came back there for a second time! The staff is extraordinarily friendly and they provide very professional service. Everything was perfect. I got a nice huge room overlooking the city. The people at the reception were helpful and friendly: it was no problem to enter the room some hours earlier - and to leave the car in the garage a few hours longer.

The location was good and the host great with giving us nice insight on the country as well as place to visit. The neighbourhood has a nice museum to visit and it was all walking distance from the city center.

There are no many good hotels in Pristina so this one is considered to be a good one. And still is a 3 star hotel. Location was a bit complicated to find by car. Rooms are clean, somehow furnished. Food is not really good - simple salads or yogurts for breakfast..

The whole concept of the hotel is exceptional: regionality, sustainability and homemade food from local produce. Our stay was very relaxing and the room was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The food there was excellent and the meze is a must-try! Also very, very friendly and courteous staff! We will definitely come back when we visit Kosovo again.

We stayed as a camper in the hotel garden. Fantastic staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Camper spot comes with electricity and there is somewhere for grey and black waste but we did not need. Pool is charged extra, along with a shower. The shower is unfortunately in a messy and smelly storage room around the side of the hotel, hence the 4 stars, given that it costs an extra €1 per shower

Needed a pet friendly hotel due to traveling with a dog everywhere I go, found this place through Expedia and wasn’t disappointed. It may be a bit from the downtown area, but for someone like me who grew up in rural areas, this was a perfect spot to get to where I needed and to avoid major city traffic congestion. Also, you can just take a taxi for 5-6€ to get downtown and leave the driving hassle...

We stayed one night. The parking is a controlled underground garage so we could leave some luggage in our car without fear of it being stolen. Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extemely helpful and friendly.

Considering similar accommodation availabilities in the city Hotel Begolli is a nice option to pick. The room was bigger than a couple would need. They have a very nice team of staff. They are always ready to help. It is a very clean hotel. The bathrooms are renovated and are very elegant. The decoration of the rooms are vintage but not old. Only problem with the hotel is the location. Although it is not very far away feım the center, the surroundings are a bit underdeveloped. Nothing to worry about safety though.

Room was nice, simple but clean. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was simple but the fresh bread and coffee were good. The main issue was our bathroom where there was no shower curtain and more a "wet room" which meant it flooded whenever someone showered! If your using the map in Bradt's kosovo, you're going the wrong way. Both Begolli and Sara are marked wrong. Turn right into Linhia e prizrenit from konushevci, them first left.
