Beautiful hotel about 15mins drive to the centre of Prishtina. The room was big and had all the luxury amenities you required through the stay. The location is excellent, very close to the bus terminal. I arrived in Pristina in the middle of the night, so I walked there. The room was very clean and convenient. It would be even better if they had more breakfast options.

We stayed one night. The parking is a controlled underground garage so we could leave some luggage in our car without fear of it being stolen. Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is comfortable and well appointed. The staff was extemely helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, staff where extremely friendly and very welcoming, the pool area was really well presented, my only down side is maybe the rooms could do with a little update bringing upto 2026 standard, but none the less was a very comfortable stay. I personally would stay here again if we ever visit again.

nice new modern hotel but too far away from pristina downtown. the staff were friendly but seemed unfamiliarh dealing with guests. the pool area was nice, but the gym was of low quality. the breakfast was average. I dont think I would stay her again.

We chose it precisely for its location; it was easy to book by calling directly. When we arrived, we didn't see the hotel sign and parked a bit further away, but the very kind receptionist met us directly in the parking lot and let us park right in front of the hotel. A very centrally located hotel, where the city center is right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were large. The hotel service, such as laundry, was done super fast with highest priority. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

Wonderful option for Pristina! The hotel is well placed for any visit to Pristina. Spacious clean rooms with great service. Dinner in the rooftop restaurant had not only excellent food but amazing views of the city. Breakfast was good too with a huge variety of choice. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very nice Hotel in centre of Pristina. The place is clean but what needs to be highlighted is the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Amazing. The morning we left we got fantastic service from the night portie, so helpful and ensuring that the guest felt serviced.

The room was beautiful, very unexpected for this price. However the refrigerator didn't work and the shower was missing the glass door so water got all over the floor while showering. But again, for this price it was an amazing room and value.

We encountered a few incidents with this property but they were quickly addressed. We got unlucky with the air conditioning that stopped working but otherwise the owner was extremely friendly and reasonable.

2 Nights Stay Room was specious but the bathroom was covered by glass. Also, carpet was smelling very bad. But the bed was comfortable and also breakfast was good.

It’s much much better in real life! I fell in love the moment we arrived! We regret staying so short! The vibe of the place is so relaxing and accommodating that you could actually stay as long as you want! The food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious! Great pool and great staff! The service and the food is excellent. It feels very cozy at the restaurant and I enjoyed in every meal plus their service is on the highest level. The room that I was staying was very spacious and I enjoyed in the pool after work. It was really feeling like home especially after hard working day. I had the pleasure of staying here for a month. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. They offer a fresh and fulfilling breakfast with nice dinner options. The hotel sits in a unique location overlooking the newer city lights. My only complaint is the internet was very unreliable. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and city. There are no many good hotels in Pristina so this one is considered to be a good one. And still is a 3 star hotel. Location was a bit complicated to find by car. Rooms are clean, somehow furnished. Food is not really good - simple salads or yogurts for breakfast..
