All I can say are indescribable words of praise. All recommendations, the food is homemade and exceptional. People are cultured and nice, the kind you rarely see today. The accommodation is spotlessly clean. There is simply no mistake with this location of peace and good rest.

Warm recommendation for accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and hospitable, the food is homemade and delicious, we felt at home. The most important thing is that our boys enjoyed themselves, we plan to repeat this adventure in the summer. 🍀

This hotel is in low budget kind of hotels. Therefore don't expect to find some luxury furniture or great decoration. I can definitely classify it in kind where you can have cheap stay for few nights.

Quiet nice!The hotel is near city so the noise can't really bother you.I went with my team.The rooms were clean.It was warm and I personally enjoyed the view of nature.They had a garage which is quite hard to find in that city.The breakfast was fresh. Definitely would recommend if you want to relax and hate the noise!

The spa near H apartment was ridiculous. It was cold, hygiene was not satisfactory. Staff was unpleasant, unattentive. Plus it is ridiculous that I need to give my id card to enter a spa. I have never seen such outrageously stupid rules. Not recommend at all. The apartment that I stayed in M4 was high level! But I will see to find some other place with spa to stay at next time.

Nice and quiet place, exeptional view, beautiful nature. During the winter time perfect for skiers, during the spring, summer or autumn perfect for walking, cycling, relaxing.

Apartment was big, furniture was new, but shower drain was cloged and when reported nothing was done to fix it. We left after 3 days and still was cloged. Heating is excellent. Food in the hotel is excellent. Being a 3 🌟🌟🌟 hotel, having a pool and spa, situated in the middle of a forest close to the center of the town I can say that is a good stay for a couple of days.Recommend it.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated, but poorly maintained, especially the rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended, extremely comfortable, tidy, fashioned equiped and furnitured extra large rooms with great and varios food and other social facilities, well organised transport to the ski centre.

Some other 4 star hotel feels better, but this is also a really good one, if you are not bothered by details. Hotel - Consisted of numerous buildings, with a lot of stairs between them. There is a free limited parking in front of the hotel, next to the street and additional one, charged 700rsd per day, if I can recall. My family spend four days in this beautiful hotel. Rooms are new, and perfectly clean. Pool is great as well as jacuzzi. They serve tasty breakfast and dinner. Stuff are very welcoming and helpful.

The place is larger than it seems on the photos. There is plenty of room for 10 people to comforably stay here. The part with two kids beds has a nice play area with pleanty of toys.

The hosts were great, really helpful. For example, the TV was not working when we arrived in the evening. The host immediately sent people in the evening to check and in less than 2 hours, we had a new TV. That's really fast considering the late hour and the snow conditions!

Novi Pazar The best hotel in Novi Pazar. The location is fantastic—right in the centre, within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and landmarks. The security men do a wonderful job managing the entrance and looking after guests’ cars in the hotel car park, which makes a big difference if you’re driving. It's a nice rustic place, cosy and comfy. Our apartment was big with a balcony. It's a bit far from the center, about 15 min drive. It could be more clean, it was ok but there were two ugly dirty chairs that ruined first impression. We had problems with water pressure. They offer a half board service at reasonable price. Waiter was very polite, and he is there for everything you need.

It was very nice, clean and cosy. Food is quite OK, but it can be overcrowded during breakfast/dinner. Only objection is that the checkout is until 9am and this is to early, especially bearing in mind that the breakfast is until 10:30 thus in the morning, on the day of the checkout, you cannot enjoy in the breakfast.

The hotel itself is pretty great, especially room 21. Owners are so nice and friendly. You won't have any problems communicating with them, they are both good english speakers. Room has an entrance really close to ski center so you can get there in no time. It's quite comfy and you have a feeling like you are at home.

Friendly people behind the reception desk, you can get helped in English. The food is not bad, but also not great, typical touristic buffet. The rooms are cleaned thouroughly each day. Should the weather be worse than expected, note that there is a guys with both stationary trainers and weights.
