I stayed at this hotel on Kopaonik for a business trip and I was very impressed by the quality and comfort of this hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by pine trees. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well-equipped, with free WiFi, satellite TV, and coffee or tea facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern.
The hotel also has a fantastic spa center, where you can relax and enjoy various treatments, such as massages, saunas, steam baths, and pools. The staff is friendly and professional, and they will make sure you have everything you need. The restaurant serves delicious traditional Serbian and international cuisine, with a great selection of wines and beers. The breakfast is also very good and varied.
The hotel is easy to access by car or by public transport, and it offers free shuttle service to the ski slopes and the center of Kopaonik. The ski area is amazing, with many trails for different levels of skiers.
I had a wonderful time here and I would love to come back with my family. This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation on Kopaonik. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended, extremely comfortable, tidy, fashioned equiped and furnitured extra large rooms with great and varios food and other social facilities, well organised transport to the ski centre.

Some other 4 star hotel feels better, but this is also a really good one, if you are not bothered by details.
Hotel - Consisted of numerous buildings, with a lot of stairs between them. There is a free limited parking in front of the hotel, next to the street and additional one, charged 700rsd per day, if I can recall. A lot of extras, like bars, children playroom, pub, exchange office...
Room - great concept, really beautifully decored, good heating. I really liked the room. But, parquet is moving, handles on wardrobe and kitchen shelves are loose, table is scratched, no wall radiator in the bathroom... Without these details, room is a 5.
Restaurant - Up to HB, no FB option. Pleasant staff, up to 5-6 prepared meals, plus numerous cured meats, dairy products, salads, fruits, cakes. If you are staying longer, you could be bored with the breakfast options, but overall, restaurant experience is good.
Spa & Wellness - Kids zone with a pool ~1m deep and two slides (the slides are a real plus, my kids had a great time); Also, there is a one additional deeper pool and spa zone.
Overall, good value for the money.

Wonderful place with good service and a perfect Swedish table 👌 Rooms are clean and nice and a mini bar has a good selection of snacks and drinks. We got welcome champagne which was super cool 👏

Place is very beatiful and lovely but some details can be improved.
The plan of the place is simple and you can find all of your needs easily. There is a small market and all products are clean and fresh. Rooms are useful and pretty.
Also there are different type of parking options available. Indoor parking is two times expensive than outdoor parking.
However, smoking is allowed in public places such as all bars and restaurants. Usually there is no options like no smokers area. If you are someone who is bothered by smoking, there is no way you can stay there, that is awful.
Also the hotel is 20 ~ 25 minutes away from ski center with car. There are some bus to take you to ski area. But that bus schedule is very sparse. If you miss a bus you need to wait 1 hour more. And the working hours of bus is not enough. Last bus returns at 17:00. There is no option for night ski or to reach shopping center at evening.
