Apart & Spa Zoned

Good hotel. Everything written in the description is correct. The pictures show how the apartments really look. They offer a variety of delicious food. Friendly staff in the dining room. Very warm in the apartment. There is a shuttle service to the ski resort. The only complaint is the bad smell in the bathroom.

Let me just start with pointing out that we stayed in a private apartment - 105 "Snowman Apartment" and that the service is for the owners/their employees, not the service of the particular owners of the apartment - they were great! The facility has private and hotel like apartments both of which are fantastic and the facility itself is close to the center with their own busses running as well. Our apartment was great, everything you need, ideal for 3 but can fit 4 (we were 4). Finally the only absolutely horrible thing is the reception especially and most annoyingly the manager of the reception. Absolutely horrible behavior without any reason. The other members were fine but the dark haired lady at the end was also rude, but nowhere near like the manager.Not sure who she thinks she is, but it would be good od she had additional training as she obviously doesn't get the basics - no customers no reception to be a "manager" of. Also the wifi was a bit on the slower side!

Place is just amazing and huge. Grocery shop is nearby and also it has restaurant and a bar. SPA center will blow your mind.

I keep coming here year after year.

I come to ski in the morning, go to spa, work in the evening.

You also get a bus to take you to the ski center or you can come by car, parking included

Overall, great value for money!!!

Family with a small child, we spent 5 wonderful days in this hotel. Clean and large rooms, great bar, playroom for children, spa center, what ever you like they have it. And you can even buy a room for a fair price, close to Kopaonik center. Great place.

My family spend four days in this beautiful hotel. Rooms are new, and perfectly clean. Pool is great as well as jacuzzi. They serve tasty breakfast and dinner. Stuff are very welcoming and helpful.
